The Consultant Nicole from Belvoir Kettering Branch fulfilled my dream with a perfect 😃 Nicole, you made the whole process so easy from the start to finish (moving in to my absolute dream home) I cannot thank you enough, You have a sophisticated style, support , dedication. listening, person centred approach, commitment, communication skills , I think this is an underrated statement, omg you are such a diamond and deserve a medal You will always be in my heart, thoughts and prayers to succeed in your career You go girl keep on shining and show them it’s done to experience outstanding customer service, with a positive outcome Thank You!!

I wish I had reviewed Trust pilot - before I dealt with them , one of the worst, especially if you are an expat - when you report an issue they literally harass you. very disappointed with the service - I wish I had checked the trust pilot ... well we live and learn .
Agent refused to show us around
My partner and I arrived at 10:43 for a viewing scheduled at 10:45. After some difficulty finding the site due to lack of any information from Belvoir St Helens, no signage if any kind indicating a property up for let, no pictures on the letting advert of the outside of the building for quick identification. After getting out of the car and walking right past an unmarked car with a man sat inside to what we thought could be the right property, the unmarked car drove away. After it reached 10:47 with no sign of the agent, my partner rang their St Helens office to ask where the agent was... Turns out, the man sitting in the car WAS THE AGENT, who instead of standing at the property, decided to sit in his car, watch two people walk up to the property and then LEFT instead of using basic common sense and getting out to ask if we were the viewers. The woman on the other end of the phone said that the agent had "left for another viewing and wouldn't be returning" then implied that we were lying about being at the property, despite us identifying the agent by his clothing. To sum up, we turned up for a viewing ahead of time, the agent sat in his car watching us walk around the property, then left at the exact time the viewing was due to start.
A common experience
I don't think I'll be letting anywhere from this agent after reading the reviews and experiencing the supposed "customer service" today from their St Helens branch. I am physically disabled and work exclusively nights so going to flat viewings can be difficult for me, so had one booked in today for 10:45. We arrive at the given time despite some difficulties, there is no signage indicating which home is to let and no picture on the advertisement of the outside of the building, so I wandered around with my partner trying to figure out what was what, making note of a man in a white shirt watching us from his unmarked car. After 3 minutes of watching us struggle, rather than get out, he left. Turns out that was the agent. When I called to ask where I'm going and where the agent is (as he was leaving) I was told he wouldn't be returning and I'd have to rebook. Ridiculous and the person on the phone had the audacity to state that as she wasn't witness to it, she could neither confirm or deny, suggesting in a very roundabout way that I was lying about this pisspoor experience. We were there on time and he left within minutes "for another viewing" so I beg the question, how in detail would this viewing have been.

Belvoir Bullies, A Terrible company
A terrible experience never to be forgotten. The 2 stars they have on here are too many for this company, despite the good ones that they put on themselves to raise their score!. There are plenty of other reputable companies to use out there. Di not use Belvoir, they are a corrupt company, no morals or values and a corrupt complaints procedure too.

Landlords Beware
I've been a loyal customer of the Mansfield branch for 8 years, and this company over the last couple of years provides poor service for landlords. They failed to collect rent properly. They refuse to talk to tenants when maintenance issues arise. Communication is slow and argumentative, with a 4-day wait for replies. I gave notice, and their exit fee has been mishandled. Firstly, they added the charge to my account weeks before the actual exit date, attempting to take it from the rent payment before I’ve even left. Their exit fee started at £450, then £350, then they raised it to £600. I offered to split the bill, but they refuse to settle, and I have no other avenue but to go to the Ombudsman. If they provided a good service, I wouldn’t have to leave in the first place, now they want me to pay the full £600 to go despite admitting failures in the service. An agent purely driven by revenue collection. Avoid at all costs unless you want hours of wasted time dealing with their conduct.

Unfortunately Belvoir Glasgow North took over as managing agency for my property from the previous estate agents. So far every single time they are emailed it takes weeks to get a response (if I actually get one). When trying to call their offices during opening time several times the phone goes straight to the automatic message letting you know their office is closed and to call during opening times (the call was made during opening times). The statements, comparing to the previous estate agents used look like something drawn by a child. If you have a choice, do not use this company to manage your property. I am in the process of trying to switch.
