The Belvoir office based in Hinckley and Nuneaton has a director named Clayton Foston who is a complete dirty piece of work. My babymother was given an apartment by them in Nuneaton. The first funny movement was him turning up there and attempting to bully her at her door step infront of the kids. Made false accusations and even called social services lying how he saw her outside the property with my son in her hands whilst smoking weed. False accusations- why didn’t you take a picture if it was true? So I call him directly as a man to see what his issue is. Imagine he called the social services on an alleged assault last night towards my baby mom and the kids- 7 am this morning welfare and police turned up to check them and the house. item ordered was not the item sent. asked for a full refund as it is their mistake, surprise surprise, they are now trying to wriggle out of giving back a full refund. The item is not as described, very very poor quality, their response to this matter is like they dont care, but i have made them aware of my consumer rights and the fact i will also involve the FCA. I telephoned this dreadful estate agents based in Wolverhampton, tel: 01902 296787 on Monday 27 January 2025 at 10:01 am and was put through to Alex in lettings. I asked for a valuation on lettings and also mentioned that I wanted a valuation for sales. He assured me that he would pass this onto the sales department and that someone would phone me today, ie Monday 27 January. Nobody did, he lied. I then telephoned again on Tuesday 28 January 2025 at 12:22 tel: 01902 267111 and spoke to a young male. I told him I had been promised a phone call the day before, ie Monday, but nobody had bothered to phone me back. He promised me that a manager called Liam in sales would definitely phone me back the next day, ie Wednesday 29 January. Liam NEVER phoned me. Another lie. I then telephoned on Wednesday 29 January at 16:24 tel: 01902 267111 and spoke to Liam who knew nothing about this, excuse excuse. I had to end the phone call as I had an urgent important incoming phone call. I then telephoned again and spoke to a woman explaining that I want to make a phone formal complaint about their useless, incompetent, unprofessional service. She said that the manager named Sam would phone me tomorrow, Thursday 30 January 2025. I do not believe this, more lies, lies, lies. Tried phoning multiple times to arrange a viewing to purchase an apartment that they list for sale. No one answers the phone. If you are looking to sell your property then you need to be aware that it is difficult for buyers to arrange viewings.
