Complete liars

Avoid this company if you are a prospective tenant as they are underhand in the way they set up viewings. They will not be transparent and have no qualms about telling you bare faced lies on the true situation. Would never trust this unprofessional company with anything.

Belvoir Mansfield - Just Amazing

I was with belvoir for 5 years and they really are amazing. They made everything so seamless and easy and was so accommodating when I handed in my notice to buy my 1st home, I was unsure when my house was going to be completed and they were very flexible with moving out dates. Will be sorry to leave Belvoir, they have been amazing, especially Tayla. A true credit to Belvoir. Belvoir Mansfield

Avoid Belvoir Estate Agents

What a waste of time this company is, both for Renters and Owners alike. I applied to view a property advertised by them. I was asked to fill in an online form which I did only to be told in a very short email that I didn't meet the criteria required. No explanation nothing, so I contacted them with a reworked status report. A fresh appointment was made for 5 days later, so I moved appointments to suit as I had a 125 mile journey to view the property. At 5.30 the evening before I received another v short email to tell me the viewing was cancelled. Again no explanation as to why, so I wrote to the MD of the company to examine. Even he can't be bothered to respond to my complaint. Don't choose them if you want a quality company to do business with.

Useless, I've applied for property to rent on there's website no answer, when called them they don't answering calls, when I was personally they said is the best checking app Rightmove.

First class team

Just want to share my experience with you about Belvoir Bolton. I have just recently rented out my house and the service that I am receiving from the team is second to none. Both Will and Jaime are both professional and friendly; they put you at ease. I am new to the rental field, have never been a landlord before and from start to finish of this process; I have been guided; no question is to silly to ask. Fully recommend Belvoir Bolton; I am sure you wont be disappointed. Thank you Will and Jaime.

Useless

I will never use Belvoir again, and would actively advise people to stay away from them. Lies from start to finish and a severe lack of customer care. Not to mention a property not fit for purpose Teona in particular was not very helpful.

Shocking just shocking

Wanted a valuation for a 4 bedroom house, 3 bedroom house and a 1 bedroom house. After more than 2 weeks I called to say I had not heard any news. Told they had misspelt my name and would resend the email. Nothing, so I called again but this time I spoke to Andrew himself who stated he needed more time ?, I had come all the way from Devon for this so I was not happy especially when we hit the nail on the head and he told me I had just reminded him, basically he hadn't done anything stating " I forgot I'm only being honest". How does an appointment and viewing get forgotten...Well, it's because he had been busy with paying customers as he continued to insult me. Even when I reminded him that paying customers start with a viewing he still tried to blag me....obviously Belvoir did not get my business.

If i could put 0 stars i would, absolutely the worst tenancy agency i have ever had to deal with. They don't answer the phone, it literally rings and hangs up. I was overcharged on my electricity bill and they couldn't do anything because the apartment was privately owned so they were blaming the billing agent who also couldn't do anything because they management company didn't receive a notification from belvoir that my heaters weren't even working. Stacey was the one who i was in contact with and she was literally ignoring my emails and replying back as if she was using a template to respond to my emails. if i could describe in one word on my experience it would "shambles". DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
