We were on the market for a year with another agent and had 5 viewings and no offers. Within 1 week Belvoir had lined up 6 viewings and we accepted an offer! Quick process to exchange and complete too. Billy and Ben were fantastic 🎉

Just a poor company, if you are a landlord, avoid unless you want the headache. Very slow with complaints, which a landlord doesn't need.. I would say go to a better company

went to view a flat and they were not there. they lied they cancelled by email but they never emailed cancellation only confirmation.

I recently viewed a property with Belvoir Ipswich services and explained to them that I need to move in with my family ASAP. They made me fill out 3 rounds of tedious forms all containing similar questions but I persevered, after completing this, I was asked to pay a holding deposit which I also obliged. Communication throughout this experience was purely one sided. On the phone conversations with them was always rushed. I should have seen this as a red flag, but I was desperate to move into a new home quickly to avoid paying exuberant fees in Airbnb. Their referencing team was another mess, at sometime the company asked me to chase them up all by myself. Eventually my references was totally cleared , I was a bit happy that my extreme afforts would soon pay off, then came the final blow: The Landlord pulled out at the last minute! and they gave no explanations.This is 3 weeks of my first contact with them and spending a lot of money living in an Airbnb. They completely wasted my time and finances. They gave a hollow apology and returned my holding deposit. I would give them a zero star, if that existed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never dealt with a more awful agency. The Kettering maintenance manager was the only person who tried helping in my situation. The agents Christine and landlady turn up when I have specifically refused access due to their entitlement and believe this is allowed. They talk down to people, belittle people and accuse structural issues on the tenant even though professionals have advised otherwise. Please save yourself the trouble of going with Belvoir they are AWFUL.

I am utterly disappointed with Belvoir! and feel compelled to share my negative experience. This agency has shown a complete disregard for potential tenants and an alarming lack of professionalism. Recently, they canceled a viewing appointment just 30 minutes beforehand, citing that someone else had already applied for the property. They then refused to schedule any further viewings even though the deal was not yet finalized. Moreover, their communication is abysmally poor. After expressing my interest in applying for the house through a detailed email, I received no response whatsoever. It's as if my interest in the property meant absolutely nothing to them. Belvoir!'s approach is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. They seem to prefer the easiest route to filling properties rather than finding the best match for both the tenant and the homeowner. Homeowners should think twice before letting their property with Belvoir!; their lazy attitude and poor customer service close the door on potential good tenants. This agency simply does not put in the effort required and, in my opinion, should reconsider their business model if they continue to operate in this manner.
