Not bad until I left the property. Then I had zero communication from a female property manager in the Brighton store, would not respond to my calls and emails when I was only asking for an update. When I finally spoke to her she told me she was too busy helping others. Really poor service, she sounded way out of her depth.

Hello everyone. Please beware they will use fancy words to make you fool. They just let u in place and then do not listen to you. Please choose any other company if you have kids with you.

James acts nice on the outside but isn’t really. He then gets his staff to call you every couple of weeks with problems with your house which I never had & then after 8ths of renting it out. I moved back & had no problems. I have nothing to thank this company for.

I am a landlord of a flat in Jewellery quarters. For last 2 years Belvoir is managing my flat. Being the flat owner it was a worst decision of my life that i came in touch with Major and his son Reiss. Both of them are bunch of liars, people who twist and manipulate things and are just complete frauds. Before handing over the keys to my flat, I had spent nearly £40,000.00 in doing up the flat, in two years they have completely ruined my flat. They had given the flat to tenants who had misused my flat. In nearly 2years, Belvoir never inspected my flat nor gave me the briefing on my flat. On 4th Jan 2024, the tenants vacated my property, and for nearly 3 weeks i had been requesting Major and his son to provide me up to date check out inventory report of my flat and they had been avoiding to provide me with the details. Finally i was forced to send a agent through Haart, who photographed and video graphed my flat and i came to know lot of things like oil heaters, curtains and other expensive stuff is missing/stolen, the hob is Brocken, freezer is broken and lot of other stuff, expensive curtains are missing from the flat, and in replacement the tenant have put cheap curtains, curtain rod in toilet is brocken . I will contesting this matter in court and i will reporting this matter to reporting the matter to the property ombudsman and also to other estate bodies for your wrong trade practices. I am attaching few pictures, and please please avoid giving business Belvoir specially Major and his Son Reiss. They will ruin your lifetime savings.
