Had Peterborough office come not very professional had a quick look and valued on a different out of town place not even a like to like property!!! well WOW they didn’t have a clue and valued it at 200k less than 2 other estate agents so please get other agents to valued your property good job I knew it was incorrect

Belvoir Shrewsbury excellent

Well from the range of star ratings it looks like there's good Belvoir offices and not so good ones; this is a review of an excellent one. We've just sold our house through the Shrewsbury Belvoir agency, and the service we had from them was absolutely first class. They did a great job of marketing our mortgage-sensitive house in this year's difficult conditions, but above all they remained fully involved right through to completion day. Helen and Richard were unfailingly friendly and supportive, and spared no effort to help things along. They also maintained communication and engagement with our buyers, their solicitor and other relevant agents throughout, and played a valuable role when the chain got stuck for a while with another buyer's appallingly bad solicitor (NEVER go with an online solicitor - be warned!). Ok, so some other estate agents may charge a smaller commission; but from our experience and observation, this is one endeavour where you definitely get what you pay for: Belvoir Shrewsbury knocked spots off the others in our chain. All in all, very highly recommended.

When you deal with belvoir Watford you are dealing with a team. A first rate, customer focussed team. They all had their part to play in the refurbishment and re letting of our flat. Tradesmen, cleaning prep, and certifying the right tenant, all part of the service. We could ask any member about our progress toward letting success and because they meet and talk with each other, they all know where we are at at anytime. Each member of the team far exceeded our expectation. Thanks Belvoir folk from each of us.

Thoroughly unprofessional service

If it was possible to give no stars - then that would be the rating. Dealt with this company over the one year rental of a property in Manchester for my daughter - paid a deposit along with another student family / informed that we had secured the property, only to be told the following week that the apartment had been allocated to another party. Please be aware of the type of Company that you will be dealing with should you ever elect to use them.

When I moved to property I had high hopes as they said they would sort out some problems with house before I moved in,well didn't happen, like outside hand rail which was really loose I really needed it fixed as have mobility issues, asked again when I moved in still nothing ,phone calls emails still nothing,then water coming in kitchen as you can imagine a health issue more calls emails that was 20th Dec it took till September next year for them to do something, Dec again I had sewage come up bath toilet over flowing with water and sewage, 30 calls 3 live chats emails still nothing for 10 days,I had to use bucket to do toilet eventually I had to go stay with sister, I eventually got Nicola on phone she said I quote ..I will see what I can do,she sent out gas man to fix plumbing job,low and behold he couldn't fix it,he said he would contact agent, if I didn't hear back I was to call,well I didn't hear back,I could go on and on with other things that weren't sorted but would take to long,good luck to anyone who uses this agency because you will need it

Absolutely incredible

Absolutely incredible! Ben Coss and Billy Walsh honestly went above and beyond to support us with the purchase of our new house. After a really long and stressful 6 months process, due to the complexity and a bad choice of our solicitors, they stuck with us and continued to keep the momentum up to allow us to achieve our forever home. Every single email was always replied to and dealt with professionally, they really did not need to give us anything but still did and we will be forever grateful for their support. We have just organised to rent our previous property with them as we trust them whole heartedly and would not choose any other Estate Agent! Thanks so much to you guys!!! Danielle

Hereford Branch provided an awful…

Hereford Branch provided an awful service . Lack of genuine understanding of the legal side when things go wrong. Failed to chase up spare keys after locks changed resulting in gas check being overdue. Failed to get Tenancy agreement signed. Moved goal posts re legal cover to suit their own ends, conflicting information given to us as LL and tenants. Failed to do inspections when needed . One tenant should never have been on T A due to lack of income and criminal convictions . The list goes on and we are taking legal advice . Office is full of chancers and no one wants to address our concerns . We had been with them for 13 years and their true colours came shining through when things go wrong. Happy to cream the money when things are going smooth but thoroughly Useless when things go wrong .
