I've given belvoir 1 star because there wasn't an option to give zero!!! Belvoir basildon are the worst most unhelpful ,unprofessional people I have ever come across on my 69 years!!! I wouldn't trust them to run a bath Disgusting!!

Lack of communication and heavy reliance on non-flexible automated viewing system. To say that rent is the most costly thing we pay out these days you would expect more enthusiasm from the start. Will be taking this as a sign of future treatment, and not bother using this company. Good forbid having an issue whilst living under their management, you'd be ignored... Yet still take your money? Wow. No thanks. Big shame. Get your act together.

Belvoir Sheerness office

Belvoir Sheerness office. My daughter was interested in downsizing to a 2 bed apartment. She has exemplary references from her current and previous agent, with landlords saying they have never had such a tenant. Her homes are kept like show homes. She is not working due to ill health, her daughter is now in university therefore she is having to pay bedroom tax, it would be wiser to downsize. Belvoir in formed her that as she was on benefits, there is a clause within the maintenance contract to say, benefits claimants are unable to rent! I have worked in new builds for years and have never heard of such rubbish. The maintenance company do not own the property the landlord does. Do these imbecile really think we don't know that they are being discriminate ! Something really needs to be done. Disgusting customer service!

Leamington Sales office of Belvoir sold my flat and dealt with the matter in a most helpful and professional manner, keeping me abreast of developments at all times.. assisting tbe buyer, replying to emails by return and liaising with the lawyers constantly.. Ashton at the office was a huge help.

Many years dealing with Belvoir, I always contact Nathan directly, he couldn’t make it easier for me. Very easy going and pleasant to speak to, professional, solving the issues at the property quickly. Just simple and stress free years with Belvoir. Always reachable and reliable.

Unhelpful and unreliable

Swansea Branch have awful customer service and lazy staff. Have been trying to get Belvoir to change my flat to domestic on council register for months, why they can even let a flat that’s not on the council register I have no idea. Eventually I have had to do it myself on my lunch breaks. Additionally, same situation with bills, have asked staff to help as they have set me up on business rates, after being ignored for weeks, I contacted another staff member and he got the utility person to call me. She stated she would sort it on the Monday and she hadn’t even tried by the Friday stating she couldn’t get through to British Gas, when I have called them and got through every time very quickly. I have managed to do my full time job on top of their job and got it done. Shocking. Once my lease is up I will be moving and will never use them again and I advise no one else does either.

Very poor customer service

Belvoir recommended a cleaner to us for our end-of-tenancy cleaning. The cleaner ended up not doing a good job. Belvoir then took money from our deposit to pay for the cleaning. We'd already paid £200 for the cleaner that they highly recommended. So we felt this wasn't fair. Also, our rented property was not in the best of states when we moved in. The carpet needed significant improvement. The boiler broke down whilst we were there, and we had to wait over a week in December until the landlord decided to pay for parts from abroad. It left us with no hot water for over a week in the freezing cold with a newborn. Chris said make sure you wrap up warm! We found that Belvoir wasn't that helpful and not as professional in handing this situation. There are many other estate agents in Doncaster. I wish we would have chosen someone else as our experience was poor.
