Dealt with Belvoir Birmingham Central branch. The person in contact was named as Major Mahil. He was totally unprofessional, rude and deceiver. Stay away at all costs or deal with other beanches. May be someone from Belvoir should take a notice of their unprofessionalism.

Today i went to Belvoir and seen Kennedy, Lesley and Jasmine but they werent there so i saw DEYONNE BEST and she helped me 110%. She was very, very, helpful and she made me feel very welcome. She is a great member of the team and Belvoir employs well knowledged employees. Good job to DEYONNE, Kennedy, Lesley and Jasmine. Very happy tenant. Kind regards, Garry Parr

Do not rent through these people. We moved into a property which was absolutely filthy and many items were broken. I sent a polite but formal complaint to them asking them to have the property cleaned and the broken items fixed. My request was ignored. I was very persistent in chasing up with them regarding problems which obviously was a nuisance to them. After my years contract was up they refused to renew my contract meaning myself and my newborn baby needed to find a new home very quickly. On moving out they tried to keep my deposit due to broken items.... items which were broken when I moved in and I had repeatedly asked them to fixed. Luckily I had taken photographs of EVERYTHING when I moved in so I got my deposit back. Do no trust these people. They are no better than slum landlords.

We have let a property through Belvoir Lettings Basingstoke for the past 7 years. From start to finish they have been brilliant. A huge thanks to Kate Shore and Jo Jones who have been always been professional, knowledgeable, receptive and reliable. Thank you!

Received my deposit back at least two months earlier than expected thanks to Amira Seaton of Belvoir, once again this woman has come up trumps after having to deal with an awkward tenant, hard work, effort & results are what you get from Amira she is a credit to Belvoir. Alex B.

Worst estate agency out there! Best way to say this, is that they simply do not give a **** about their tenants. Anytime you contact them, no one gets back to you. This being calls and emails. Have to chase up every single time! However, when they need something from you they will harass you with messages and calls daily. Any issues reported takes weeks to be looked at. Forgetting appointments and unreliable. I would not recommend. Shocking!

belvoir swale were very professional when selling our house. they kept us informed of the process at every step. they were friendly and made us feel in control at all times. karen put herself out by chasing solicitors when we could not get a response. thanks karen and all your team at belvoir
