Terrible experience with Belvoir…

Terrible experience with Belvoir Nottingham. Reported a stolen item to the office team due to contractors working on a flat next door. They have shown no accountability and given me generic responses which is beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, I spoke to one of the contractors doing work who was extremely aggressive and confrontation infront of my mother with body language suggesting he wanted to fight, abusive language displayed, as well as, being at boiling point at the beginning of the conversation which wasn't normal and displayed signs of drug abuse as his behaviour mirrored that of a cocaine using drug addict. The guy was a loose cannon and have been very disappointed with how belvoir have dealt with this.

The most disrespectful encounter I’ve…

The most disrespectful encounter I’ve ever had with any estate agent. Spoke to a lady who doesn’t know how to control her mouth called abigail foston. From the moment we started conversation over a solution for a property I stayed at of theirs she just had so much disrespect in her exchange. She was very patronizing and condescending towards me and I will never recommend them. I’m very unproblematic and always avoid encounters like this. Every staff in that company communicate very disrespectfully. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a colored tenant or if they talk like this to everyone but i have not had a good experience with them.

Highly recomend

Belvoir Exmouth. My experience in renting a flat through them was very good. Tom, Nick and Emma are professional, friendly and easy to do business with.

Disappointing interaction with Manchester City Centre office

Totally unacceptable conduct from Belvoir. We engaged with Cody, an agent with the Manchester City Centre Office. We made an offer on an apartment. He pressured us to improve the offer, and so with great effort we updated it. He wanted answers out of us immediately. But we never heard from him again. He simply ghosted us. We have no idea what happened to the apartment. I phoned him 5 times over 5 days, and every time he was unable to take my call. His colleagues promised each time they would get him to phone me back or get more information. But no one has ever spoken to us again. It is completely unprofessional (bordering on unethical) for a company to treat people this way. It doesn't take much to send an automated email saying you were unsuccessful, so that you can move on with your life.

Waste of your time

Waste of your time. Impossible to speak to. Never answers a call. Never returns emails or forms. Take your details when gave to fill a form in. Never get a viewing at all. Worst service from an estate agent ever. Totally avoid.

Trying to book a viewing

Trying to book a viewing, but whoever seems to answer always keep directing me to online website booking, on which the viewing are difficult to book becoz of sometimes being a new add and sometimes old. This kind of online processing is difficult for the customers. It should allow us to book flexible viewing dates, apart from the ones available online. Very unprofessional/unhelpful staff as well. Please look into this, to make experience more customer friendly. Thanks

Belvoir Kettering scammers and thief's

Belvoir Kettering, i don't no where to start with my utter disbelief in this company. i would advise everyone thinking of using them to sale there house to run at a 100 mph in the opposite direction. I agreed on what i wanted this agent to do before signing with them. they agreed on both points, firstly the price and secondly that i get a new epc after my windows had been mended. once i signed with them this all changed, They cancelled the contract after 5 weeks of selling my house, i agreed to sign for 12 weeks. They are now taking me to court for £300 pounds saying i breach the contract and want paying for the photos of my house they have taken. i am now having to wait for a court date to be set and spend my time and money attending to fight this. this company are a load of scammers and thief's and should not be practicing. This is just one of the many things they did in the short time they had my property for sale.

Easier transaction than I expected

The staff at BelvoirHaydock made a fraught process much easier for me. I was kept informed all the time and felt that my sale was very important to them. At the end of the process every thing went very smoothly and as I was told to expect it to be. Very grateful for their expertise and professionalism.
