Maybe great for landlords but awful for Tenants
As first time renters we did not really have much expectations from an agency, but this has set the bar really low. At first the Birmingham Central Office were really accommodating for viewings, replying promptly to emails/queries, really polite and informative. It wasn't until we signed the contract, got the keys and moved into the apartment that we realised we were not told about the electricity supply in the building - we were told 'it was included in the building' but nothing explaining how it works, who to pay; they just handed booklets and booklets of manuals which were out of date. Which then gave us outstanding payment issues due to the lack of clarity of the payment, billing and overall process. The apartment had the previous tenants belongings still in there, even though we were told at viewing this would be cleared out. The oven was dirty with food remains inside which on viewing, again, we were told this was going to be 'professionally cleaned'. The fixtures were falling out and switches needed be replaced which we were told this would be done when required. The apartment had a leak but this was not managed as a priority when reported. The property had many issues throughout the tenancy, Jonathan was the point of call, but could never 'get in contact with the contractors' then disappeared, maintenance issues were going on for longer than 3 months until Major kindly resolved the issue. Now we have left the apartment and ended the tenancy, we have been charged for cleaning, when the apartment was cleaner and tidier than it was given to us in the first place. I have asked for pictures with timestamps to show the concerns, however, now emails are not being replied to and I feel like this is on purpose so we give up and accept the deductions which we have now done. Really untrustworthy experience with Belvior and from talking to other people who have used them - both landlords and tenants, it seems the appalling customer service for tenants and outstanding customer service for landlords.

Disgusting service
Absolutely disgraceful what this company is putting us through. We have no hot water and it’s winter time. Ice cold showers and they don’t care that it’s making us ill. Both them and the landlord are refusing to replace the boiler. I do not recommend anyone to rent from this agency as you will be put through hell!!

I would not give you 1 star Jaime at the Bolton branch she has took it upon herself to keep hold of our mail to which we run a business in the same building she also keeps opening our mail which contain clients personal data she’s seen everything the letter is this not GDPR she was confronted about the matter she then took it upon herself to then post the mail under the office door when confronted she gave a terrible attitude to me your right she sits there playing with her nails staring out the window giving people attitude and aggression also making sexual advances at males coming in and out the building no self respect what so ever Jaime you should go sit in a salon this obviously is starting away from dealing with this woman for estate agent side of things but you should not do this job you should go sit in a salon get your nails polished
The worst agency around Peterborough
The worst agency around Peterborough. Every single time we have an issue it nevers get resolved on time. Last year, boiler wasn't working had to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed this year our tap is broken in the bathroom no hot water only cold and still hasn't been fixed. Don't rent from this agency
A company with no morels, very bad customer service
This has to be most impersonal company that we have dealt with. My family and I were given a months notice to vacate the property due to the tenant leaving. We asked for an extension to give us time to find a new place to live. They have said no to this and are more thank happy to see a family with two children on the streets. My advice is to never deal with these I appreciate it’s a business but they have no morels.

Have been dealing with the Evesham branch and they have been really helpful. They never fail to get back to me and they make what can be quite a scary process much easier. Would recommend them if you are trying to sell.

Horrible staff at Belvoir Huntingdon
Horrible staff who have no compassion when dealing with tenants!! They took over the property from another agent and when we asked them repeatedly if they have got the inventory they said yes, and then when we left all the issues that were existing in the property we were made to fix them from our deposit!! Absolute horrible staff and humans when they spoke on phone in a threatening way!!!

I wish there is an option for zero star, TrustPilot should probably work on that because this company needs it. Every time I book a viewing with them, they cancel a day before the viewing (I live in Hull and the property I want to rent is in Grantham). Both times they cost me train tickets (those are non refundable). Natalie said all we can say is we apologise. But when I came here to write my review, I saw the number of reviews they have. I decided not to deal with them. Unfortunately, this decision came after a loss of 75 pounds in unused train tickets. (The reviews go to their generic info email account which I am sure they do not check, why would they, they know what they're doing).
