Incompetent (that's all...)

We used Belvoir Telford for our new home and I have to say they were absolutely amazing. Angela was our main contact she was so helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Belvoir Newcastle under Lyme helped with some stuff, mainly because of the maintenance app, but you’d either get an email 20mins before the tradie person arrived, or you’d get an email and they never come. We’re a student house so we’ve always asked for an email or call a couple days in advance because we might not be in, yet we never get contacted…. Just today we were meant to be having a viewing for next years student tenants, this group arrived 10 minutes early and waited 20 after the agent didn’t show. We called the team whilst they were waiting and got told “well if they haven’t showed just forget it then”. We had the email about the viewing yesterday, in 24hrs they’ve gone from booking the viewing to not bothering to come or even let either party know…

Charlotte and the team at Belvoir Telford have provided an excellent professional service throughout the sale or our late Father’s property. We highly recommend them for the service provided, communication and professionalism throughout the sale. Thanks again.

Rude, arrogant. Never answer the phone, Rude, abrupt emails, not interested, NO help at all. Quick enough to take your money each month and never actually get anything done! Shambolic establishment

Ive just sold a house through Belvoir and it was such a great experience I just had to write a review. Tamara Hunt looked after everything from beginning to end, chasing buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers - everyone in the chain. She seemed to be on my case every minute of every day. I’ve dealt with a large number of Estate Agents over the years but Tamara stands out head and shoulders above them all. Now buying a rental investment and for sure Tamara will get the management contract.

Would not recommend! Trying to purchase 2 properties through them, and the lawyers they recommended to the vendors are extremely poor, very slow and unresponsive. The process has been unusually difficult all round.

Belvior have been amazing since I moved in. Always friendly and helpful, and understanding when going through a rough patch. Thank you very much 😁
