The worst experience ever! Wolverhampton team are so rude. We went with our hot water and heating for over a week and they didn’t care. We have phone recording of them speaking to us rude and even giggling at us when we told them we have hired a solicitor

Whilst viewing properties on right move I saw a house listed for £80,000 by Belvoir. In the description they had said that an offer of £105,000 had been made and was encouraging higher offers before the exchange of contracts! This is extremely unethical and I will never use Belvoir in any capacity.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please stay clear of this so-called "agency", which will consistently ignore your important maintenance issues, be extremely disorganised and condescending over the phone, and ask for rent increases out of the blue. Having ended our tenancy well over three months ago, we have just managed to get our deposit back after a lengthy dispute through a third party. Their claim? Our agent 'hadn't received' the email confirming our intent to move out (and apparently the reminder we had sent after that) and was claiming an extra month's rent for a lack of formal notice. We are only now getting our money back after several months of struggling financially because of their unprofessionalism. I have never seen that in my many years of renting. I haven't even mentioned how they wrongly advertised the council tax band of the property when we first moved in, which we were shocked to discover was much more expensive than advertised when we received the first bill (at least they apologised, I guess). Stay well clear of Belvoir Manchester Central if you want to avoid many sleepless nights of worrying!!!!

Theyre only supporting and nice till after they have received the rental money. The worst customer service ever, the letting agents treated me with disrespect. the apartment i recieve had so many items out of working order. it was so dirty when i received it, they are not helpful, they ignored my emails and i had to run after them for them to fix issues that were broken to before i moved into the apartment. i truely do not recommend them at all (Sheffield Office)

The worst! Only dealt with this company once and will never again! Was due to view a house and they took viewings over the weekend without telling us and the house sold before we could view!!! They had told us the seller wanted to start viewings on a Monday and then went ahead and viewed on the weekend!!!! I was one of the first to book a Monday viewing and missed out!! I hate estate agents that just do not care anymore they are just all for the sellers in this market and its not fair! Genuine families who are looking for their family home are being disrespected!!! I'm sick of it!!!

The worst agency you could ever pick! We rented an apartment with them on February 2019. We had to contact the landlord to communicate any issues and find resolutions as they would never, ever be professional and help us, as tenants! They even left us without a fridge for 3 WEEKS to only find out they hadn’t even ordered one for replacement and we had to contact the landlord to resolve it! Absolutely disrespectful and with attitude every time we called them (2-3 times per year)! Also, now they do NOT release our deposit which as per the contract we meant to have back 10 working days after moving out (moved out on the 13th of October). They are untrustworthy, unprofessional, disrespectful, always with attitude and in general garbage! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

Simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude , arrogant and disrespectful. I would have avoided like the plague if I had any idea who I would have through, for one whole year hideous year. Tones of voices and emails so unprofessional. I don’t think I have heard 1 good word about them in 7 years of knowing they exist !

I agree with these letting agents, I have been living in a property since last 2 years and finally purchased a property and trying to move in because I was in rolling contract and I have informed them on Oct 7th where I will vacate on Nov 15. They say my contract is from 3rd of every month. And asking me to pay to Dec 3rd. Ridiculous people. During the whole of pandamic I received no supported. I made regular payments still very hungry for money. I really have very low regards for them. Thanks, Raj
