avoid them, take your business elsewhere. they attempted to deduct £700 from my deposit for "repairs" and "professional cleaning", even thought I left the property in a better condition than when I moved in. I asked for evidence only to have my emails unanswered, I had to raise a deposit dispute to get all my deposit back, they didn't even bother responding to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme people who had asked them to submit evidence for their claims. they are crooks hoping you'll handover your hard earned money for baseless claims. AVOID AVOID, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Worst people ever, avoid!

Worst people ever. Almost tried to scam me and keep my deposit after not getting a dirty, mould infested flat cleaned. Not sure where they employ their staff from, but delboy would be proud. Paris Winfield, Shayan Roosta, Natalia Lis, Nick Kirby, seem all in competition to be the most dishonest incompetent scammer. They all deserve recognition. Kept sending me bills for rent for months, though I never moved in. Lost count of their deceptions and incompetence.

Shocking treatment of tenants from…

Shocking treatment of tenants from Belvoir on behalf of the horrendously greedy landlady. Rented a property in King's Lynn. The house was like an icebox throughout. Draughts everywhere. Shoddy workmanship throughout. Quick fixes to walls that were falling to pieces. Fences never repaired. A huge gap in the bedroom window was never repaired. The boiler broke down several times and still didn't work properly when a new one was installed. Happy to take your money but too tight to make repairs. I was so depressed at having to sleep in the living room with my son and 1 electric heater because the heating was inadequate! And to top it off they tried to charge me over £400 for GARDEN maintenance and general cleaning. Soon had to retract when I showed up to tidy the garden and the maintenance man was carrying out repairs which should have been done prior to me moving in! Were they really going to charge me to clean up his mess?! The house was spotless upon my departure. I even left the cleaning products as a thank you. Absolutely disgusted that these people can get away with ripping people off. Even spoke to the previous tenants who confirmed that they had been waiting on repairs for months on end too. 5 months I waited to get most of my deposit back. Imagine had I not paid my rent for that amount of time? Charlatans, avoid.

Avoid like a plague

Avoid like a plague. Truly disrespectful customer service. Viewing at Northampton delayed by hours and then cancelled by the staff because the lazy ass staff can to get to the property in time. Avoid like a plague. I’m sure no one will respond to this review as the management is as nonsense as the staffs are

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I booked a viewing for a property in Kemptown, Brighton about 3 weeks in advance. I queried the closeness to the move-in date but was told: "We cannot start viewings until the 6th Oct. There are tenants in the property." Fortunately today I phoned to confirm & was told "Someone will phone you back. This is just Customer Services I don't know anything." Someone DID phone back & asked for "Mrs. Boyse". I am Ms. Carole Lindsell. She said "Wrong number" but SHE had got the WRONG NAME! Second call from me: "The property is gone. All the viewings were finalized yesterday (4 Oct)." I asked why they did not have the courtesy to tell me & WHY was I given such erroneous information". "Well we would have wrapped it up today & phoned everyone". "You give less than 24 hours notice when I booked 3 weeks ago?" Hesitation from him. "I won't use Belvoir again. You gave me wrong inf & did not respect me by letting me know viewings were open (& closed) EARLIER. I could have shown up tomorrow after a 30 min journey".. "SHAME ON YOU". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tip: ALWAYS give Feedback about poor (& very good) services. Help to improve consumer experience in the UK!

Very professional and fast letting…

Very professional and fast letting agents, especially Daniel Mortimer. Recently we moved to our new home in Kingston. The negotiation, referencing and contracting process was very smooth and fast. We called Daniel in the morning, got the viewing organised by noon, and got our offer accepted by evening the same day!

Belvior - Outstanding Performance

Belvior we’re marvellous. They provided a valuation for Probate within a day, and kept in touch continually through the arduous process of getting Probate approval. They gave good advice and managed the whole sale process for us, sending many viewings our way. At times they knew more about what was going on than the Solicitors had told us which was really useful. The sales team are efficient and very proactive which made everything so easy for us. I would recommend them to anyone selling their house. A big Thank you to the team.

More than 10 viable offers on launch day ;-)

I couldn’t have chosen a trickier time to do my first house move in 30-odd years – but Belvoir Basingstoke smoothed the way in all departments. Their market knowledge and good strategy meant I got more than 10 viable offers on launch day – almost all above asking price. Just as importantly Belvoir looked after my first-time buyer over the following months of paperwork with good liaison and communications. Congratulations to this great customer-oriented team.

Terrible estate agents

Terrible estate agents. Multiple issues throughout the property not fixed. One of these issues being a broken balcony door letting in a cold draft through winter. Tried contacting the agents every 2 weeks to either no response or lies. Would never deal with this company again.
