Stay a way from from this mediocre letting agency. Positive reviews that are written, here and on another sites are written by employees. I recognise their names. They are greedy, will charge you for everything. Horrible staff and they should lose licence as they are dishonest and very nasty people.

Me and my boyfriend went to look at property to rent. We put a deposit down after being told how many others looked at house. That night we had doubts and phoned at 9am to talk about it to be told to late. I was really upset that we put money down at 5pm but at 9am it was too late? They had not had our details yet to start credit checks so they just had our money for nothing. We did after 3 weeks get half back. But it was hard and bad customer service. Also company has made it impossible to complain to head office. Wolverhampton branch. Me and boyfriend now waiting till we buy next year but wont be wanting to deal with these again.

I spoke to a lady who didn't even give me her name and she took my details down when i arranged to view a property. Me and my partner are both first time buyers and this was our first house viewing so we were both quite excited. we turned up at the property and we were stood outside for half an hour before I phoned the office. Me and my partner were going to give them the benefit of the doubt since there was a lot of traffic about. I spoke to a guy called Jamie who told me they had cancelled the viewing because the property had been sold! and we shouldn't have been allowed to make a viewing! I had received no communication to inform me that the property had been sold. The property in question is still advertised on their website with no mention of it being sold or even being under offer! me and my partner had travelled 40 minutes for the viewing and we had both taken half a day at work. Hes a self employed builder so he lost out on upwards of £100. beyond unhappy!

Were good at first, but when you move out they hit you with high bills for things which are due to usage and caused by the dilapidated state of the property.

Extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure our "move in" went a smoothly as possible. Communication was excellent, always very responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir and their staff, for offering a very professional service. Thank you

Belvoir Stratford-Upon-Avon So Bad Do not use, you really really really will regret it. THIS Belvoir in Stratford Upon Avon is shockingly bad. THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS it is UNFAIR THEY NEED INVESTIGATING! URGENTLY! DO NOT RENT with them. They just started properties for sale too! If they are this bad with rented then they will be worse with buying and selling! OMG no do not use their services. I have worked in this industry in London and they will be so bad at it because they lie so much. Everything they said and did and have responded to on google reviews is utter rubbish. PLEASE do not use them my family and I can’t emphasise enough how bad they are. We are a hard working very respectable family. I have an OCD for cleaning so the property is now spotless it was a filthy hovel when we moved in and they lied constantly. The property is on the finish line of Stratford Upon Avon racecourse and they say it was quiet well NOT true the races are ok no problem it’s the campers they rave on until 4am they wee up the back of your garden and shout and swear and well not sure what else but I am sure that the babies next door don’t want to hear that PG! Anyhow the agents lie about so many things and then take some of your deposit for no good reason we made the property clean, we vaxed the carpets what came out was black. We cleaned every single room top to bottom you could eat off of every surface. PLEASE do not put yourself through this they will be nice at the start and then all hell will break loose! Also we would report repairs that needed doing and nothing ever got done. The property has a pond and we told them that the carp were going to die in it as it was so filthy and they did nothing. My husband who only has one leg his other removed from the waist down had to do the pond it took him ten days. We have photos of the state before we did it and also after. We were with them for over four years and they have become greedy and horrible just like many other letting agents. We have in writing from them that we are their best tenants in 10 years! And because we decided to go elsewhere they have treated us like rubbish! Making up all sorts of excuses not to pay our full deposit back. They may say otherwise but we are decent honest people and they lie. We have videos and photos to prove everything which we kept and did not tell them! DO NOT USE BELVOIR yes I am shouting! Use them at your peril. You will see - it is not the kind friendly place it once was. So they say we did this and we did that we painted the property and ceilings with Dulux Vynl Silk not cheap old matt emulsion and you could eat food of the clean floors. They know this otherwise why would they send us an email saying we are the best they have had in over 10 years!!!!!! Lol just do not trust them. I just do not want people to go through what we have they have been vile to us and lie every time. Potential tenants why would I lie I am sorted and happy in my life this is just a warning to others. Do not suffer the outrageous behaviour of Belvoir Stratford Upon Avon really I Promise you. My landlord switched from the old agency to this stupid one, and when I moved to a new address, they gave me half of the deposit, without any proofs or something. They charged me 100£ for rear garden cleaning (the work that was needed would have taken about 10 min grass scissors cut!), but instead the landlor build a fence on my money! Belvoir except, being polite, they can't be trusted. They were asking me to offer them pictures of how the house was before, which is annoying. Doesn't look like a professional agency, but more like thiefs. I left the house in very good shape, but there was some cleaning needed at the window rubbers, so they charged me 150£ for that!!!! They didn't even knew how the house looked when I moved in 4 years ago. So DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

So after renting for 7 years my landlord has decided to sell which is fine so I've found another property to move into and as per usual they need a reference from my current letting agents which is belvoir. So upon opening an email from Belvoir, they want to charge me £18 for a reference on top of evicting me after giving them 7 years of my hard earned rent. I find thus utterly disgusting and just a ploy to take from the less fortunate. Should be illegal. I would be very cautious with using these robbing b###$$s in the future.

Wolverhampton Office wasted an hour of my time.
