Having been left somewhat in the lurch…

Having been left somewhat in the lurch by the builders of my new home who left no details, manuals, etc regarding the EV charger, Jada-Leigh was really helpful in getting me going on the charger

Great experience with Project EV

Project EV have been really great in sorting an issue with my charger recently. Initially, Shiv was really good at trying to sort the matter over the phone. When this wasn’t possible, he quickly arranged a site visit that was carried out on the date given and at the appropriate time. Richard was great. He was pleasant and really communicative. The issue was quickly sorted and I was provided with a new charger. Thanks to everyone at Project EV for their help and patience.

Great customer service

I recently had a payment issue with app. I emailed customer service and this was sorted out very easily. Great service and easy to use the charging points.

Connectivity problems

Jonathan phoned about 2 hrs before turning up to confirm his attendance. After getting here he asked about,what the problem was and automatically connected our charger to his laptop.He explained what he was doing and updated our charger to the latest software and reconnected to our Internet. He was very polite and extremely helpful

Customer service ev

Ok so at our new premises, moved in over a year and half ago and already had electric charging bays around the back of the house, with that said the WiFi is about 25 yards away in order to use ev app which didn’t work for connection, so upon that needed to do plug and play which had problems with until Chris such a polite guy came to the rescue, problem sorted but the charging point needs a Ethernet to be really sorted, needing a cable to be run underground really, so in a way problem still there but in mean time plug and play! Thanks Chris.

No customer care

My charger stopped working 1 month after install! I have been chasing a resolution without success. Project EV have said they will send out an engineer to have a look in 2 weeks time. This will be 6 weeks after my charger stopped working! I don’t find this acceptable service!
