Don't waste your money. I have fine hair, which is why I was looking for something to make it appear a little fuller and perkier. The model for the "Fine Hair" instructions has thick nice hair. Of course it looks nice on her. On me, it looked like I was trying some new '80s hair fad.

I paid for two of these and regret it. They are way too heavy for my long, fine hair. I found them very uncomfortable and was always having to adjust them. I followed instructions and everything. Very disappointing. Trying to save someone else’s time and money.

Ordered item over one month ago and still not arrived. When you contact the customer service team you will receive the same automated response. Unlikely I will receive my item...

Well for the first two weeks I loved it! Then I noticed clumps off hair that was much shorter than the rest. My hair reaches my waist so maybe is too heavy for the point-o because the short pieces are exactly where the pony-o grips at the base of my pony tail. Very disappointing because it did hold but now my one length long hair has random 4” long pieces around the crown where it has been broken by the pony-o. Maybe it will work for others better but it damaged mine unfortunately. I used the narrow one and the wide one.

I would give less than 1 Star if I could. Purchased back in March. 4th April hasn't moved from centre when tracking. Contacted the company mid April to be told they were sorry and have resent. Advised me due to Covid could take 2-3 weeks due to Covid. We are now mid May and no tracking and no response from them. Complete waste of time. Update - finally received end of May and they don't even work as advertised! Please don't waste your money. I only purchased as I thought they would be better on my hair.

I would give them less than one star if I could. I don't have a problem with it staying in but it does pull your hair when you go to take it out. Also for people with arthritis it's very difficult to reach inside the Pony O and pull the hair through. I've tried the hairstyles that they suggest and they don't work for me. I have very fine/thin hair. It doesn't stay up any higher on my head than if I used a regular hair tie. I would not recommend buying this.

Works ok for a while but always falls out if I do anything other than sit around. My hair is very long and thick and the pony-o always sags in my hair. Pretty sure these will only work if you have thin hair... and yes I followed the directions and got both the regular and XL versions from the ponyo website. Neither works for me.

Paid nearly £20 for a pack of 2 and did not work at all! I watched the videos, followed the instructions but did not hold in place. My hair is quite thick so I was told to buy the bigger one but no. Absolute waste of time and money. I gave them to my friend who has thinner hair but it didn't work for her either.

Didn't hold my hair at all. I tried it several different ways and nothing worked. A few times it looked good for about 5 minutes, but it slipped down and my hair looked limp or started falling out. My hair is pretty fine, so maybe it's just my hair. The ads looked really cool, but it didn't work like that at all for me.

I ordered two of the bun ones and they shipped me the pony. I wrote them.and told me.thats what I ordered so basically fck off. Luckily I took a screen shot like I always do. A d will be notifying my bank to get my money back. Even though I looked them up and it said they're in Colorado I highly doubt it..probably China. And yes I ordered it off their webpage. Don't order. Sadly they're scammers
