Not Worth The Money

I ordered two of these for $25.00 to try based off all of the hype around them and all of the great reviews. I have medium thick curly hair. I ordered the recommended size pony o. It shipped fairly quickly. It took about 5/6 days to arrive after I placed the order. The guarantee on these is that they do not pull the hair, they stay in place and they give your ponytail a little extra height/ volume. 2/3 of those promises is true. That sucker pulls the crap out of my hair when I put it on or take it off and it slides out of place no matter what I do. I thought maybe my hair was too thick for it and tried a half up half down ponytale with less hair and it still slid down. It does add more height than a regular ponytale. Though, what good is the extra height if it doesn't stay in place? It's a cool concept for sure and may suit thin/ fine hair better as far as staying in place. Eventhough, I tried it out with less hair, which, would be equivalent to a thin head of hair and it still fell out of place. These would also be bad for people with arthritis. As you need good dexterity and strength in your hands and wrists to open, close and twist these. The company doesn't do returns or exchanges, customer service is poor and their website doesn't allow for anything other than a 4 or 5 star review. It wasn't worth the money and I would not recommend.

Doesn't work

Doesn't work. The Pony O doesn't hold my thick, long hair up. It falls right out. I also bought the bun thing and it works when I use it with a regular hair tie underneath. But, it doesn't close all the way so my hair falls out in the back unless I pin it. Waste of money overall.

OH MY GOD!!

OH MY GOD!!! I LOVE THESE SO MUCH!! i hesitantly ordered mine a week ago and i am insanely happy!! now, i have long thin, fine hair. Im pretty sure these were meant for people with long fine hair. I could see it being difficult to get thick hair into one of these things because they dont stretch. I have a PERFECT ponytail and now a perfect messy bun! Ive tried and tried to get a good messy bun before but my hair is so thin, it never looked right. it was so easy, it took like 30 seconds to get it perfect. im so happy i found this product!!

No matter how tight I get it as soon as I turn my head it slides down. Waste of money. Customer service is awful. No refunds available

Product is not for me

Product is not for me. My child has extremely thick hair and neither the pony O or the bun bar worked the way they were supposed to.

Agreed with the reviews

Agreed with the reviews. THIS SHOULD BE $1.00 NOT THE PRICE THEY ARE CHARGING. Ripp off. Be warned now nothing fancy and you can tell it costs them .99 to make.

Pony o breaks sooner than I wanted

Pony o breaks sooner than I wanted. Two pieces (narrow and wide) lasted about 3 month altogether. I like the concept. But I think it should possible to do it better?

I received my Pony O order to the UK…

I received my Pony O order to the UK quicker than expected and immediately loved them! Gave me the volume I'd be hoping for & no headache. HOWEVER after a few uses they are out of shape and will no longer hold my hair, I followed the video tutorials on their website so not down to incorrect use. If i had reviewed after the first use it would have been a strong 4 stars so can see why so many good reviews on their website.

Doesn’t work and terrible brand

Doesn’t work. At all. My hair is fine and straight. I’ve also unsubscribed from their emails 10+ times and emailed them directly twice to ask them to take me off their mailing list. the only response I got was literally just the thumbs up emoji. So unprofessional. Oh, and I didn’t get taken off the mailing list and still receive MULTIPLE emails from them a week.

Don’t Buy!

I just received my pony-o today and I already regret my decision to buy. I was hoping this would give me that bounce and boost in my pony and it has done absolutely nothing for my hair. It actually looks worse than if I just used my hair band. It won’t keep my Pony up and won’t even hold my fine/straight hair. Not only that, this company is super unprofessional. The band was just thrown in a package not wrapped or anything. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
