I agree with Allie Inga’s post (April 12). Just received my Ponyos (Classic and slim) as I have thin hair. I was skeptical that Ponyo could hold my hair exactly as I placed it, all day. But it did! I like to pull some fullness out at the crown, in front of the pony, which I did with Ponyo. Hours later—it truly is lightweight and comfortable— I went to the mirror expecting my pony to have slipped, but the little poufy fullness above my bangs was still exactly as I placed it. I used to use (3) 1-inch claw clips to hold my pony in place as elastics never stayed up, but the clips aren’t very comfy, and are quite bulky. Love 💕 the Ponyo!! I too am confused by all these reviews—I suspect they received a counterfeit product. When applied correctly THEY DO NOT SLIP. Maybe people are pulling too much hair out to adjust after its on, and it’s loosening the Ponyo. Yes, mine took awhile to arrive, and yes, they were just loose in the bubble mailer, but this does not hurt the product in any way, and decreases packaging materials. It truly is an innovative quality product!

DIDN'T WORK FOR ME AT ALL!!! I have long fine hair (lots of it) - I couldn't get my hair neatly into a ponytail and through the Pony-O. Once I had the Pony-O in place, it just slipped, I looked like a train wreck. I requested a refund, returned the item in its original envelope and supposedly they never received it back so they never refunded my money...... Don't waste your money on this product - it doesn't work for "every hair type" as they state in all their amazing reviews...….

Don't waste your money. Both the Bun Bar and Pony O are difficult to use and do not work!

Their website indicates that it’s due to COVID-19 they are unable to ship product for 3 to 4 weeks. I have no problem with needing to wait for my product. I do however have a problem with a company that goes ahead and takes my money and hold onto it for 3 to 4 weeks knowing my product is not going to be shipped. Using my money for 3 to 4 weeks. Most decent companies do not charge your account until the product is ready to ship. I don’t know about you but I’m not OK with a company using my money for 3 to 4 weeks

I have long hair and this thing does not work at all. First, it never stays perky, no matter how high and how tight I make the ponytail, then it definitely slides down and becomes even saggier. This is my Day 1 using the Pony-O and I DON'T RECOMMEND it.

I’ve purchased both the bun-barz and pony-o. My hair is long and this product is awful. I wish I had read the reviews on this website and not the Pony-o website before I purchased these items. They are extremely heavy and damaging to your hair. The reason they are damaging is because they are made from a sticky silicone. And they don’t work! Do not buy!!!

I ordered directly from Pony O's website and they don't work on my hair AT ALL. I ordered the model for thick/heavy hair and it didn't hold or lift my hair in any way. My regular pony tail holders work way better. I guess they were intended for women with super thin hair only. Super bummed I wasted my money.

It’s seems to be well made but I have extremely thick hair! My problem was holding it and trying to pull my hair through at same time! Then when I finally got it to work it was loose. It doesn’t hold my pony tell up high like I usually wear it. My hair band holds way better. Maybe not a product for thick hair? FYI I ordered three all types for thick hair.

The website claimed that their products work great on fine hair, but that wasn't the case for me. The Pony-o 2.0 worked okay, but I'm really disappointed with the bun bar. The bar is too long and doesn't easily bend in a circle shape. My layered hair just fell out of the "bun" and the bar showed though. That's what I get for trusting a Facebook Ad.

I am wondering if anybody in these reviews actually ordered their pony-o's on their official website and not on Amazon or ANY other site?? They said they ONLY sell their pony-os on their official site and absolutely nowhere else and not through anything else etc.. and that there are alot of fakes going around and people selling them saying they are real etc on websitea saying ita official pony-os even Amazon but they arent. If you order them , make sure you are ordering on their OFFICIAL WEBSITE ONLY!! these things work amazing and do exactly what they say they will!!! I have 5 of them now and i have wavy/curly super super thick long hair and they hold up my hair ALL day long, no headaches!! And they never fall out and its incredibly easy to do..I was so surprised reading these reviews??? Hmm.. well i give them 5 stars!! As i said make sure you order off pony-os official site only as they stated they do NOT sell them anywhere else at all. :)
