I have already placed 5 large orders in the last 2 weeks and intent to place more. You get points for later discounts, constant savings codes and everything is well packed and fully protected! Rude and arrogant customer service
EDIT: in response to the reply below, I have no concerns with the misunderstanding, these things happen, my issue was the arrogant customer service and patronising tone of the staff. If you scan your bad reviews on Trust Pilot you will see there is clear running theme on this so it’s obviously not just me. Perhaps a little gentle training with staff to be more sympathetic and genuine in their tone. Rude and arrogant customer service! Have been a customer for many years and used to get personable friendly service if I ever phoned with a question. Now as the business has grown the service has clearly dropped. Happy to belittle you and patronise at the drop of a hat. The virtual consult I booked didn’t happen to a misunderstanding following by rude staff on customer service. I shopped around and moved over to face theory and so far very happy with the products I have bought

I can't express enough of my gratitude towards this company; there was an issue with my order. I had three immediate responses, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal, and I will 1000% be recommending this company to my friends and network. Thank you again, the products are also amazing.

I don't know what kind of joke this is. This is the second time I receive old products from this store. When I received my previous order, I asked them about the old packaging in one of the products, as the brand re-branded a few years ago (and on the official webpage they sell the old-brand stock as clearance, since it doesn't conform to their current advertisement standards), and I was worried about the expiry date, which did not feature on the product. Customer service promptly and drily responded "all of our stock is well within date", no apology, no explanation of any kind. I made a third order last week and I asked whether the items were actually in stock before they shipped it (last time they weren't, and they didn't bother to say anything), and whether they were the old packaging ones. Customer service simply ignored the second question. I just received my order, and indeed one of the products has the old packaging, not only that, the expiry date reads 07/17. This is absolutely shocking service, especially that I shopped here to have some kind of assurance.

Not too impressed with customer…
Not too impressed with customer service. Bought a £70 manta pulse brush which I really liked, until it stopped working after one charge. Contacted customer service and told them I would return for a replacement. They wanted me to send a video of the brush not working (yeah, weird) and then said I had to return so they could investigate the fault. They won’t send a replacement until they ‘investigate’ the fault and if they fix it I have to pay for them to return it!!!! Can’t believe they are not replacing a faulty item. I said I was happy to return for a replacement so why would I be dishonest about it? Do they not believe me that it doesn’t work? Its work for me to return so why would I offer to do this if the item was functioning? Doesn’t make sense. I tend to shop more with companies who show they have a good, responsive customer service team so I won’t be shopping here again.

I ordered my item Dermamelan Treatment after alot of thinking as the product is almost £200 .. When I received it it had clearly been used /tested as the cream was on the 'spout' I contact the company but they would take responsibility .. The container is covered so you cant see how much cream is in the bottle..clearly been shortchanged and sent a used product... so annoyed ordered on 30.9.24.
