I tried to upload an honest review on a product I purchased from their website. However, they wouldn’t upload it as I didn’t give the product a high rating. I tried multiple times and they refused to upload my review. Disgusting behaviour.

i dealt with a particular individual who I cannot name and was rather shocked by her arrogant and patronising manner. No matter how many times I told her what the problem was, she tried to fob me off by parroting a blatantly untrue point of view. The pictures I sent of the problem item were very clear. I have advised Elemis of the problems with this stockist. The only way I was able to get a refund was to raise a Paypal dispute. I would never use this company again. They happily send out trashed goods and then refuse to deal with the problem.

I changed my feedback after I managed to contact the store's support service and they helped me solve my problem. Thank you for your help and I can recommend this store to everyone.

Have used this company many times and they have a huge selection of brands. Some you can’t buy in lots of other places. Delivery has always been good timing and I can usually find a discount code somewhere. I recently placed an order by mistake, I hadn’t finished my order, added my discount and I wanted to pay by clear pay. I emailed straight away to see if I could cancel and re order not really holding out much hope and they c got back to me really quickly sorting my order for me which was entirely my fault. Will stick with this company thank you
