Sage - Bin the plastic bottle PLEASE!

I was gifted a Sage In Fizz machine for Christmas and whilst I love fizzy water, I was very disappointed to see there is still a plastic bottle. I love the machine itself but PLEASE Sage can you make an alternative bottle in metal or glass. We are all done with plastic which is the whole point of buying this machine in the first place. You could be so much better if you did. Thank you

Don't waste your money.

So far, it's really disappointing. It looks great and comes with a good range of accessories like the jug and multiple baskets. However, it just generally doesn't work at producing espresso. I was sent a couple of bags of coffee as part of the deal, by Sage themselves. But the grind is too fine and the machine can't cope. Coffee just drips out. Sage have sent more coffee to try but so far 4 different bags of coffee, from 3 different roasters have all resulted in the same thing: no coffee. Sage have tried to help by sending more coffee and the conclusion so far is the grind is too fine but considering its an espresso machine and they are grinding the beans for me, it doesn't seem right. Unfortunately I got better coffee out of my original £100 coffee machine and expected much better from a £400 machine. I've now got a £400 kitchen ornament.
