
Rude and unprofessional
My dentist, Mehdi, is terrific, and this review does not reflect him or the rest of the staff at Sorriso. Unfortunately, the practice principal, Uppal, is extremely rude and unprofessional. After I inquired if there were any savings to be had by grouping several fillings in the same area of my mouth into one appointment and being told that the price of fillings is fixed, I decided to book them separately. Uppal contacted me to convince me to combine them into one appointment, as it would take less time and require fewer injections. I explained that as the price was fixed, that didn't sit well with me and that I had to object to it in an admittedly petty way by booking multiple appointments. At no point was I rude or offensive. I made my point and confirmed that the three dates would work for me. Uppal followed this up with an email to state, "If you think discounts and budget dentistry are so important, and we are so profit driven that you are only wishing to seek treatment with us to be petty, then sadly we are not the practice for you", and she then cancelled my appointments, thus refusing me the treatment Mehdi had planned for me. Uppal's impulsive and unprofessional behaviour is a disappointing end to what has been an excellent service until now.

High end dental care in Beaconsfield
I was looking for a new dentist after mine retired. I have been blown away by Uppal's diligence and standard of care. The whole team are lovely and very professional. I was nervous about a complex procedure but Uppal is an expert (she lectures in implant surgery) and I needn't have worried. If you are looking for the very best standard of dental care then I think this is it.

Нікому не рекомендую цей сайт. Мені немає 21-го року, зробив депозит. Одразу заблокували акаунт і на пошту прийшло повідомлення, де орім усього іншого було написано: "Кошти, якщо вони залишилися, підлягають поверненню". Так, погоджуюсь, я порушив правила сайту і отримав блокування. Тільки ці шахраї не повертають мої гроші, я писав їм на пошту, писав у чат на сайті, мене кормили обіцянками мов повернуть протягом 30 робочих днів, а коли цей час пройшов, то почали відповідати маячнею що працюють над цим питанням. Product poorly packed
Purchased a new 10kva inverter from Inverter Supply. Surprised it shipped in only in a cardboard box. We have purchased inverters from them before and always shipped in crates. When opened, the ears were damaged. This is 108 lbs. There is no way a cardboard box will protect it. To top it off, it was missing the mounting brackets. Calling customer service gave me excuses. First, she said it was shipped directly from Victron and was not their responsibility. Then, she finally admitted that the shipment originated from their warehouse since I had the shipper and tracking #. Inverter Supply's technical support is great, but the shipping department is poor. It looks like they took a returned unit and reshipped it without packaging. The root cause is that the product was not shipped in its original packaging and looks like a return.

I will just state facts and you can make your decision. I ordered 21 solar panels and the sales person talked me into ordering 23 just in case something happened in shipping. I was informed if one or 2 got damaged they would refund the cost of the damaged panels but I would have enough to complete the installation. When they arrived there was no visible damage to the shipment. When we opened the pallet to to install we found the bottom 2 panels had been broken. We didn't know it until we removed the top 21 panels. I sent a email requesting a refund for the broken panels and pictures showing the broken panels and how the pallet they made some slats were nailed with 4 nails each and some with only 2 or 3 nails and these had popped up under the pallet and broken the panels. I was informed to send them the shipping receipt market damaged but as when it arrived there was no visible damage I didn't have one. The damage was under the pallet and not visible until you fully unstacked the whole pallet. I was then informed that I was supposed to unstack the whole pallet with the truck driver sitting there for damaged to be covered. The panels are 4 foot by 8 foot and 70 lbs each 1600 lbs of panels. 1 person can't physically move them with out breaking them. Then I was told I should have planned ahead to have help . But truck came 3 days early. The bill of lading did not state these were solar panels, the shipping pallet and cardboard covering said nothing about solar panels or fragile or glass. The pallet came apart from the underside I am guessing either when shipper loaded them or trucking company moved them. Maybe just a coincidence but have me order and pay for 2 extra and not 1 or 3 but just 2 are broken. I think I was intentionally beaten out of 900.00 Be careful with these people In reply to inv supply. No freight company will allow you to open a shipment prior to signing for it. Including the company that delivered this shipment, I called and asked this morning. Per shipping company, customer may inspect shipment for visible damage and note or refuse shipment. If damage is found after opening customer must contact shipper. The record for my pro number for my shipment there is no identification of special instructions, special handling, etc. Again from their reply " we new we have terms you can not comply with so you accept all responsibility for our incompetence in being able to package and ship damage free." Per sales person " I have had hundreds of claims for damaged shipments " I think their reply says it all. Read their policy then check with freight companies. Your on your own!! Be very very careful.

My manager ordered the wrong batteries on accident $2,000 dollars worth and we had to return and order the right batteries the second time but then you charged us a 20% restock fee my manager was not happy with that plus we have to pay for the shipping label to send it back to you $150 dollars besides all that it was good but my manager said no more going through you guys small business like us and all that money to just get the right batteries to us never again so sorry to say we will not be doing business with you anymore

Sono un host/proprietario e la mia casa vacanza é stato prenotato e affittato dal 22.8 al 1.9.2021 tramite questa socità e cerco di capire dal 24.8.2021 perché Fewo-direkt, che fa parte di homeaway ormai Vrbo NON non mi paga, quindi ritiene i soldi che l'ospite ha versato sul loro conto correttamente. A gennaio 2019 ho prenotato 15 gg a Villa Vera Formentera, versanso subito il 50% di caparra. Poi il CORONA VIRUS HA SCONVOLTO LE NOSTRE VITE E I NOSTRI PIANI IN TUTTO IL MONDO.Ho tentato di disdire il soggiorno, la Ryan air aveva anche cancellato i voli, ma la signora si è drasticamente rifiutata sia di rendere la caparra sia di spostare il soggiorno, come molte altre strutture hanno fatto. Sconsiglio a tutti di affittare tramite loro. Hanno commissioni altissime ed un servizio clienti pessimo. Sono una proprietaria. Per un bug nel loro sistema è stato effettuato un rimborso ad un cliente senza che io l'avessi autorizzato. Ho segnalato all'help desk il problema (tra l'altro dopo varie chiamate perchè dopo aver spiegato tutto il problema ad un operatore cade la linea e sei costretto a richiamare e ricominciare tutto con un altro operatore!) e mi hanno detto che loro non possono annullare il rimborso, Ma come, un rimborso che io non ho fatto, vi sto pure chiamando per dirvi che non l'ho fatto e non potete annullarlo? Mica stiamo parlando di una richiesta di pagamento extra! Parliamo di un rimborso ad un cliente che aveva già pagato tutto e che non aveva motivo di avere questo rimborso da parte mia. Che vergogna. E non è il primo problema sui pagamenti che ho avuto con VRBO. Prenotate da altri siti più affidabili come Airbnb.

Ho prenotato un alloggio e ho pagato secondo le modalità indicate dalla piattaforma Vrbo. Ho cercato di contattare il proprietario prima della partenza, ma non mi rispondeva al numero indicato dalla piattaforma. Mi arriva però, sempre tramite la piattaforma, una richiesta del saldo da parte del proprietario, per cui deduco che il proprietario abbia preso visione della prenotazione. Parto tranquilla, ma all’arrivo, scopro che: il proprietario aveva affittato l’appartamento ad altri, Che non sapeva della prenotazione, che il suo numero di telefono era un altro, e che il prezzo sarebbe stato ben diverso. Però si è dato da fare e mi ha trovato una sistemazione presso un amico per tutto il tempo (sistemazione che abbiamo accettato). Purtroppo a metà soggiorno l’appartamento serviva all’amico e a questo punto (dopo altri tentativi del proprietario) abbiamo cercato un nuovo alloggio pagandolo personalmente. Il proprietario mi ha rimborsato una minima parte, considerando che la piattaforma trattiene più di 200 euro su ogni prenotazione. A questo punto ho provato a contattare ripetutamente la piattaforma sia con il numero verde per l’Italia sia con il numero per l’estero (abbiamo un cellulare) ma erano irraggiungibili. Sia ben chiaro, noi non sappiamo di chi sia la colpa se di VRBO o del Proprietario, ma la recensione è negativa su VRBO perché: 1 la prenotazione è tramite VRBO 2 i riferimenti del proprietario erano errati 3 quando ho avuto bisogno di contattare VRBO non ci sono riuscita. Company is scamming customers.
Purchased a new charger for my bike as I lost mine and received only half the charger in the box. Have tried reaching out via every form of customer service they have with no response at all. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. No answer via email and no answer via the " Live chat " If I don't receive an answer and a new charger promptly I Will be preforming a charge back on my card and reporting the company to the FTC for scamming customers.

My husband and I got 2 Fucare Libra’s in the yellow , there was a issue with the delivery (Black Friday purchase) once Fucare was aware of the issue they were extremely helpful and they went out of their way to fix the problem. I appreciated that they were kind , compassionate and supportive and they sent us phone Mounts for the problem and they certainly did not have to the shipping issue was not their fault it was the shipping company. I was treated like a Person and much like apart of the Fucare Family and when the bikes arrived they were packaged extremely well nothing had shifted in the boxes, set up was easy, installing of accessories was easy and the Ride for the 1st time was fantastic!! Every time I step out of the house with my Yellow Fucare Libra’s I get compliments from everyone our E-Bikes are the talk of the Beach where we live constantly being ask where they can get one! Of course living at the beach they are one the Beach in thick, deep lose sand that often makes it difficult to near impossible to ride on not this E-Bike it has been the most stable and reliable ride on the Beach I rarely have to lower my legs to maintain balance and keep from falling I can peddle in the sand with ease!

Terrible experience with this e-bike
Terrible experience with this e-bike. The motor is unreliable, the battery drains quickly, and the overall build feels cheap. Customer service is unhelpful and slow to respond. I purchased this bike from the website using a discount coupon but accidentally selected the wrong color. Immediately after the purchase, I emailed support to request the correct color. Instead of accommodating the change, they claimed they would revoke my discount coupon. How does that make sense if the bike hadn’t even been shipped yet? That’s absurd! To make matters worse, the free phone holder they promised never arrived. When I emailed them asking for a discount on an additional battery, they said they’d provide one but that it would take 30 to 45 days because it was out of stock. That was a blatant lie—just the day before, I ordered the battery separately, and it arrived within 8 days! A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Since I work with deliveries and there’s nothing to gain from promoting this brand, I’ve decided to cover their name—FUCARE—on my bike entirely. There’s absolutely no benefit in advertising them. Avoid this brand at all costs!

Have a glitchy display on my Gemini-x ebike which they sent out a replacement for. They are quick to respond and help you figure out any issues you have as best they can. There was some kind of issue with the shipping of the replacement display but an email later on cleared it up with another one shipped out. Sounds like fedex lost the first one so I can't blame Fucare for that.

I have initiated and got my iPhone delivered to them on Jan 25th (USPS Tracking). When I called on Jan 31st, they said I would receive the payment in 3 hours, and I got an email saying the status has been changed to received. I tried calling on Feb 4th, and again they said the same thing. It's been 25 days since the iPhone was delivered and yet to receive the payment. They have stopped responding to calls, texts and emails since last 2 weeks. Really worst experience for me with them.

They took my Iphone but won't pay me or send it back.
I sent them my Iphone almost 3 months ago. They did acknowledge receiving the phone but nothing else happened in the first several weeks. One week after my repeated inquiries, they responded saying they were waiting to evaluate my phone due to some backlog. Then this repeated a few more times, as each time they replied with a promise to complete the evaluation in a few days, and each time they only responded more than one week after my inquiry. It is like they intentionally slow down to hope I would forgot or give up. I tried to call but nobody ever picked up. It has been with two weeks and they seem to ignore me now. Please be aware.

Pre sales phone call was not helpful
Rang to find out what sort of additional expenses I would incur as duty when the shipment comes into the UK. You would think that if they do any sort of business with UK customers they would have some idea of what the duty is likely to be. I wasn't asking him to quote a specific value, just to give me an indication. He was totally uncooperative. Couldn't even tell me how I could find out myself. Either he was having a bad day or just couldn't care less on getting the business. So in the end I decided the very small amount I would save on buying the cards from them was not worth the risk of getting them locally. Ordering locally I got the delivery within a week, I could easily get mistakes rectified if there were any, and there were no hidden costs. I've given a 2* rating purely on the unhelpful customer service I got and not on the quality of the product (which I never bought).

Premium Quality Cards
The biggest stand out for me was the customer service, they were so helpful, they guided me through everything. The cards arrived after 5-6 days, perfectly packed. There was some foul paint smell that went away the 2nd day, cards felt premium and were finely printed. they definitely know what they are doing. Good job.

Buyer beware
I have already reviewed the nightmare we dealt with our sectional sofa fast forward 6 months and my couch is ripping at the seams. We already had ours sofa fixed once in many spots that were falling apart upon delivery and now we have been waiting 7 weeks for a couch seat cover. This is one of their most popular sectionals yet we can’t get one couch cover to replace the ripped one. It has been one thing after another and we won’t ever shop at their store again. Buyer beware!! 2/10 on customer service upon complaints or resolving the issue promptly when you have a warranty. What good is paying for a warranty when you’re waiting months for service. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Go elsewhere for buying furniture.

Grey/Brown couch flyer
There was a couch in the flyer and I couldn't find Tori but Martha approached me she was very friendly and busy but not too busy to help me. She was very kind and professional. Then I saw Tori and she helped me find the couch in the flyer. Unfortunately the colour didn't match the colour in the flyer. I was looking for a compact grey couch and this one was Brown. I was able to take advantage of the sale on pillows for my mother's 80th upcoming birthday this month. Tori helped me as always and she is very kind and sweet. I must say I gave the pillows early to my mom and she adores them they look wonderful in her place! I also took a look at some fridges the ice maker does not work in ours. And, there I met Matthew he was right there to help and I explained what I was looking for he was also very kind I was on crutches and he walked slow and made a few jokes and made me feel comfortable. Overpriced and unsatisfactory quality
Overpriced and unsatisfactory quality. Bought 4 bedroom sets from Tepperman’s and spent close to $20,000. First metal bed frame broke after 6 months. They thankfully replaced it. Second metal bed frame broke after a year. Had to file a claim and send pictures. Did that and was told I needed to buy a new frame because it was over a year. If you’re looking for quality and reasonably priced DO NOT buy from here! The name on the account is Phillip Schofield.

Terrible Customer Service
On October26 we purchased a sofa and loveseat from Tepperman's Furniture in St. Catharine's. We were impressed with the store, the sales staff, delivery, and professionalism. I wrote a great review. However, I noticed several wrinkles and creases on the fabric on both pieces of furniture after it was delivered. I called customer service and was told I needed to file a claim including pictures. On November 14, a technician came to the house and added some additional stuffing to one back cushion and said it was a matter of time and the wrinkles would be gone. I suggested they try steaming them out, however he said they don't offer that service. Once again, I called customer service and was told by them that since it was not a manufactures' issue there was nothing that they would do. This sofa/loveseat look cheaply made and the wrinkles stand out. After some discussion with Tepperman's they offered me $30. It is very upsetting to pay thousands of dollars to have inferior quality furniture and little satisfaction. Buyer beware of Tepperman's.

Nice salespeople, terrible delivery
I wanted to share my experience with Teppermans. We visited the store a month ago and purchased over $10000 with of needing and living room furniture. The sales team was fantastic. The experience soured during delivery. We paid extra for delivery and so we expect a professional delivery experience. That's not what we got. The delivery people refused to take off they shoes. Every other furniture delivery we have ever had, the drivers take their shoes off. It's December and it's wet and they walked all throughout the house with we boots. The delivery also included set up, except for the bed frame we purchased?? Why the exception. Overall, I would not recommend Teppermans. They have forgotten that the delivery team has to be perfect! They are what the customer remembers about the transactions. Get it together! Next time, I'm shopping elsewhere.

Extremely Delayed Order with No Refund of Deposit
Over 2 months ago we placed an order for a fridge at the Windsor location and they told us it will take a maximum of 4 weeks. We recently talked to the manager and they said they have no idea where the fridge is and it could take up to a year to get it. They also said if we cancel the order we’ll lose our deposit. Extremely ridiculous and disappointing behaviour. Please be cautious of them and I recommend others not to purchase any orders from them.

Great Staff and Fabulous Store
The sales staff at Tepperman’s are first rate.We had Garry Keeping ,a sale rep ,who showed us various Canadian made sofa beds which my wife and I were interested in.We were pleased with Gary’s knowledge of the sofas.He was exceptional in every way! Gary was very knowledgeable in that he explained in detail the features for various models we liked ;and in the end we chose a very fine Harrison sofa bed with a colour we were looking for. His easy going Eastern sense of humour made for a very memorable shopping experience . My wife and I will definitely buy other pieces of furniture from Tepperman’s in the future. Also,the delivery of our sofa bed Oct.2nd went as smooth as glass. The delivery people were experts who navigated the entire process with ease; and they were very careful to make sure everything went smoothly.They were not in a rush ! Verschrikkelijke tijdverspilling en slechte klantenservice
17-10-2024 een tas gekocht, en nog wat andere producten. De bestelling zou in delen worden verzonden. Prima, dat gebeurd nu eenmaal. Echter werd mijn tas niet geleverd. De FedEx, die volgens Alaabouch werd “onderzocht” kon natuurlijk geen handtekening vinden (in mijn brievenbus was geen briefje te vinden, en pakketten waren ook niet bij huren geleverd). Na ongeveer anderhalve maand heen en weer mailen (ik kon geen bewijsmateriaal leveren, want ik HAD niets gekregen, aan bestelling of aan briefjes van FedEx) heb ik uiteindelijk mijn geld teruggekregen. Alle mailwisselingen liepen langs elkaar heen, en daarna werd mij nog verteld dat ik niets meer mocht bestellen, terwijl ik al jaren een trouwe klant ben van Alaabouch. Ik wilde graag bellen om mijn verhaal te doen, maar na 6 weken was ik het meer als zat. Ik had een tas besteld van 279,- en wilde uiteindelijk wel mijn geld (liever natuurlijk de tas) terug. Ik ben niet vaak zo ontzettend onbeschoft behandeld door zo’n klantenservice. Ik word zelfs beschuldigd dat ik niet mee heb gewerkt, dat kan alleen geschreven worden als er niet naar de ellenlange mailwisseling wordt gekeken. Ongelofelijk hoe jullie met klanten omgaan, ga je diep schamen. Te Walgelijk voor woorden.

Ho pubblicato una richiesta di consulto e l’app non funziona. La bacheca risulta completamente bianca senza alcuna traccia di consulti pubblicati o risposte. Se provo a fare il login dal computer o dal browser del telefono non escono nemmeno le schermate dove poter inserire i dati. Vergogna, un servizio cosi scadente e mal funzionante non l’ho mai visto. Se offrite la possibilità di avere un consulto online dovete poter mettere le persone nelle condizioni di poter pubblicare il consulto e ricevere risposte. PESSIMI. While C-B have been flagging one star reviews to try ot have the removed this appears to have stopped. One may wonder if TP has "had a word" with them about this as 38% of their objections were found to be invalid. There are strong connections between this company and C-B and the new company the director(s) have set up LUMINATE WHOLESALE LTD (see entries at companies house). Other reviewers have made reference to C-B paying the debts of Halo Tech and other creditors may wish to investigate this further with the liquidator. LUMINATE WHOLESALE does not yet have a TP review page. There are interesting reviews and questions asked on google.

They just want your money
So glad I found this page. CB have already threatened legal action on their Trustpilot page for my negative review. We were with Halo for 2 years from 2017. Mainly for their skill in dealing with Virgin. They then began to talk about their phone service. My son signed an"Order Form" in 21 which he was told was a mandate to negotiate with Virgin again and that the services listed could be changed at any time. When he tried to change those services he was hit with a £3k termination of "agreement" bill. Discussions ensued by telephone until 5 months later we began paying for a service for hosting of handsets we had now paid for upfront. Roll on through the transfer to CB and in August last year they added a security service and charged us for it. We cancelled and they confirmed that in writing. They have continued to charge us for it. In May 24 we got an invoice for June that was over 8 times our usual bill. When we queried this they stated that we were out of contract. They had lifted all of the services offered in the May 21 Order form and charged us for those. That included hardware that we never received. They had charged us for May again and June for OOC fees. We contested that we were out of contract and that they could not charge us for May twice. They said we had an implied OOC contract because we had paid it. It is a DD so there was no choice they just took the money. To cut a very long story short, which includes an 86 minute long call which they refused to send a copy of, and many emails, They are now saying that our complaint will take at minimum to the end of August to reply to. In the meantime they want over a thousand pounds to get out of their 90 day notice despite us arguing that we are still in contract and they continue to invoice us even though they cut off our service a week after telling them we were cancelling the DD. They seem to be deliberately ignoring everything. They tell you to contact another department and it is the same person responding. They simply ignore half of your email and concentrate on one part. They have to be sent their own emails and even then they want to further delay, Absolute mess. Looking forward to getting to Court with them.

THIS COMPANY ARE APPALLING
In the strongest possible terms, do not consider taking out a contract with this company. Their business practices and behaviour toward our company have been disgusting. We are a micro-business with six staff members. When our office phone and broadband contract came up for renewal, we explored various providers. Halo Tech Group (now Connecting Britain) seemed perfect, with promises of improved service, an advanced phone system, faster broadband at a lower price, dedicated account management, and 5-star customer service. From the moment the contract was signed, Halo became a nightmare to deal with. We only needed six handsets, and that’s what we thought we had ordered. Halo arranged finance via a company called Armada. The finance contract issued was for 12 handsets. When we queried this, we were told there was no charge for the additional phones. This proved to be a lie when we received and queried the invoice; Armada confirmed we were paying for 12 handsets. To date, we have only received six phones, and one of those is now not working. Halo was supposed to install broadband services within 30 days of the contract (i.e, by 20/1/22). This never happened. On 1/9/22, after months of delays, Halo informed us they had novated our agreement to their new company, Connecting Britain. There was no consultation with us on this matter. We believe they wound Halo up to avoid legal action from customers. From information on Companies House, it appears that Halo Tech Ltd was originally called Datatel Solutions under Director Jonathan Peter Walker. Jonathan resigned from Halo Tech Ltd in 2022 and was Director of Connecting Britain and resigned again in 2024 to form another company called Luminate. We suspect that the moves to new companies could possibly have been motivated by a need to escape the numerous unhappy customers like us leaving anguished reviews on Trustpilot and possible legal action they may have faced. It’s difficult to know whether all their staff members realize what a potential sham this company is. However, Jonathan Peter Walker, Lee Henderson, Emi Pritchard, and the company director Garry Grant are culpable, among others. Our formal complaints have never been resolved. Our outstanding invoices for incentives on signing up have never been paid. Their customer service is non-existent: no callbacks, no account manager, minimal responses to our inquiries. After waiting over two years for installation, we suddenly got notice that Broadband would be installed in two days' time on 9/3/23. We were advised if we didn’t give the engineer access, we would incur a penalty charge of £200. We responded to say access would not be granted until our complaints were dealt with. They then invoiced us for ‘breach of contract’ and immediate payment of the contract in full, i.e., 60 monthly charges of £52 plus VAT, total £3120. We engaged with the CEDR to pressure Connecting Britain to resolve the situation with the missing phones and the demand for payment of the contract we hadn’t cancelled. Connecting Britain engaged with the process until the eve of a ruling, which was clearly going in our favour. They then cynically issued a small court claim against us, knowing CEDR could not proceed to give a judgment on a case with a legal dispute. The claim they filed had zero merit and was contradictory, obviously a tactic to avoid liability with CEDR. We eventually defended the claim successfully in court. Connecting Britain didn’t show up for the hearing despite pursuing us to the door of the court. They then filed an appeal against the judgment, further delaying tactics until the second court date, at which point they withdrew their case on the day. We strongly suspect it was their intention all along to rip us off on the phones and to wrongly accuse us of breach of contract to extort further payment. £3120 plus VAT is a lot of money for a small business, as is the £4750 we have paid for six phones that we never needed (nor ordered) nor received. Their practices are predatory, their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Looking at the negative reviews for Halo and Connecting Britain, it is clear they have taken advantage of many small businesses like ours. We strongly suspect that some of the positive "reviews" on this website may not be legitimate. Their responses to negative reviews show premeditation combined with a defensive, copy-and-paste approach. One final note: Where are the £4750 worth of phones that we paid for but you have not given to us? Why did you file a claim against us and not show up to court to defend it?

As with previous reviews, we took out an upgrade only to find that Halo had not repaid the previous finance agreement and trying to get hold of anyone to sort this out is impossible. The contract has now been taken over by ConnectBritain and the managing director of this company is the old sales director of Halo.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Take forever to reply to emails. They were supposed to settle the old contract, nothing was done. Apparantly I had to issue an invoice to them, for them to pay me to settle with the old finnace company directly. Contract taken out in August 2022, was still getting charged from the old finance company which I didnt see until November 2022. Started the process to reclaim the money. It's now May 2023 and despite several emails, invoices to Halo Tach and customer service saying they will chase it up with the finance team I have now been told that the claim to repay the finance should have been done within 60 days as per T & C's. Just to add to this the telephone system has several floors that take forever to sort out.

No phones or internet since the 29th December. No answer on the head office number, the number on the website is not in service and nobody is responding to any callback requests or emails to any email address listed. Their complaints email diverts straight through to Connecting Britain LTD. As others have said, avoid this company at all costs - everything about them is crook.

What connects Halo and Connecting Britain?
While we have been posting as Sue D’Nym the Trustees have decided we should tell this community that we are a small church in suburban London. While we can not agree with the assertion made on this site that the positive reviews of C-B are written by employees (as we have not seen any evidence of this) it does appear that C-B is Halo Tech Group under a different name. C-B will undoubtedly argue that they are different companies and indeed that is legally true. What is also true is that Mr Walker, the solo director listed on Companies House for C-B, appears to be the same Mr Walker who was until recently a director of Halo Tech group although his name is spelt differently for the two entries at Companies House. This has been previously pointed out to C-B within a review on this site but as of 07/12/22 15.30hrs had not been corrected. Also of interest is the fact that a previously listed director of Halo tech group Gary Andrew GRANT appears to be GARRY Andrew GRANT who is shown at Companies house to have a large share-holding in C-B however again note that there is a slightly different spelling of the name so it is possible that they are two different individuals. One may also speculate why C-B’s website has been updated to remove details of the senior management team and now only lists middle management. Within their website there is a link (icon at bottom of page) to linked-in. Following this takes one eventually to the page of one Lee Henderson who describes himself on his linked-in page as Head of Sales for Halo Tech group September 2017 to September 2022 and from October 2022 as Sales Director of C-B. Companies House does not show he is a director of C-B but does show he was a director of Halo Tech Group from May 2021 to October 2022. On C-B’s linked-in page it states (QUOTE) We're Connecting Britain Ltd a telecoms company based in Preston with over 30 years experience within the telecoms industry between our directors. (END QUOTE) As stated above the sole director of C-B is a Mr Walker with a date of birth of July 1983 On a positive note our phone and internet appear to be working as expected so the technology works but one may wish to ask oneself what reasons a company would have for trying to conceal its previous incarnation and not reveal who is running it?

Highly Recommended!
I was about to buy a property pre auction and Kathryn O'Rourke was a life saver for me! The seller and the other solicitor were worse than bad as they did not respond normally, were very slow and were trying to steal money from me, and Kathryn was always replying to my emails/ calls very swiftly and professionally! My sale took 3 months because of the seller and his solicitor, and she always had the time for me! She made sure that i do not pay more than i have to and she saved me a lot of money! If you are looking for a solicitor who will act for YOU and will answer your email and calls then use Kathryn O'Rourke! I would for sure use her again!

We found them very unfriendly, asked at least twice for documents they already had from us which seems very inefficient . Very little communication from them without us contacting them to ask for updates , would not recommend.

Fantastic solicitors!
I would like to say a huge thank you to Kathryn O'Rourke for her help on purchasing my first home! From day one she has been amazing, very helpful explaining processes and answered all of my questions when I didn't quite understand. We were dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the sellers side and Kathryn was very percistant. I've already highly recommended her to friends buying their first homes and will certainly be calling her again if we ever decide to purchase another home.

Plain speaking and really on the ball
I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied at the service I received from Kathryn O'Rourke and her team. They were efficient, easy to contact, prompt in responding, approachable, very knowledgeable, pleasant and they instilled me with great confidence at every stage of selling my house. Above all, they communicated in plain English and did not complicate the process with legal jargon, which made the whole thing much, much easier. I would recommend Kathryn and Glaisyers 110%. I have used the firm for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else for legal support.

Risposta 40,00€ Allora io mi chiedo e dico …. Ecco perché in tutte le città del mondo il taxi è usato a pieno regime mentre qui da noi, per nulla…. Ho potuto riscontrare che i taxi a Napoli "usano" chiedere un supplemento per cosa non si sa, dal momento che non ho prenotato niente ma "assunto" sulla postazione, quindi fermo in attesa dei clienti stupidi quali siamo stati, (eravamo in 2)uno ci ha chiesto 5 euro in più arrotondando 6,80 euro a 7 più i 5 da oltre L'Orto Botanico fino all'aereoporto, l'altro 13,50 arrotondando a 20 euro per un percorso dalla stazione treni a Piazza Plebiscito, non è assolutamente corretto, dovessi tornare a Napoli, non succederà ancora che mi venga chiesto un supplemento furtivo, per cui badate a ciò e non fatevi fregare come noi!! Scordavo, il tutto senza ricevuta!!!

Steven and his team turned up on our moving day, bang on time, to move our hot tub to our new address. The move went smoothly thanks to their professionalism. Elliot came out to fix what I had perceived to be a major and potentially expensive problem (defective water heating problem)..... Left after 30 mins.... No drama....within 12 hours water was lovely and hot. Amazing!! THANK YOU SO MUCH (Just to add, the local agent for my make of hot tub had suggested it could be expensive to resolve, and, no pressure but had I considered purchasing a new hot tub!!!!)

Shocking service
Firstly I am new to owning a hot tub, I was especially given one under the understanding it would not work correctly and was no doubt not going to be a cheap luxury to have. It was clear that it needed a new filter pump and likely a heater so after waiting a week or two for the next available date a couple of pleasant chaps came and replaced these items as well as some seals. This service cost £850 which is a lot of money to me but I had roughly that figure in my head anyway, I was pleased to have a working tub. Concerns grew that the new heater might not be working as the team was still there an hour after installation and the temperature has not risen. As they left I was assured that they would come back and fix the problem for free as it was their recommendation ti change the heater. Sure enough the next morning it still was not heating so I called to arrange a come back, I called 3 times that week and 3 times the week after but everything I called it felt like the first and it was clear I was being ignored. After 2 weeks I received an email from Lauren stating that it MUST be the PCB and she quoted me £925 including fitting. There was an element of pressure to order ASAP and pay 50% deposit as they were putting an order in to the states that day. I was shocked by this stance as no one had come back to qualify the situation or test the circuit in any way, it is fact that the circuit board was not tested in any way during the heater installation. Naturally I refused and over this weekend paid a qualified electrician to look at the tub, he managed to fix the issue in 10 minutes, it was a simple wiring error!! This is the first review I have ever written because I’m an extremely chilled character but I have genuinely never felt more ignored, left in the lerch and potentially ripped off than I do with Hot Tub SOS. I want to warn others about these potential pit falls, hot tubs are great, they are expensive to run and maintain but it seems like this company views it’s customers as a license to print money.

Beautiful products and incredible service - I messaged on Instagram to enquire about seasonal colours, and the staff who assisted went out of their way to help. They located the last of a specific shade, personalised it and managed to include the exact strap I was after - honestly some of the best service I have received. The bag is beautiful (Lola tote, orange), and will be perfect as a holiday/travel bag, as well as for carrying my work stuff and going to gym - perfection! It is a female founded small business, and the product range is gorgeous - this is just my first purchase, as I already have my eye on the Fleur bag (just waiting for the new season shades to drop!). Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed by the quality or the service - big 5 stars from me!

I have bought a few items from this company before and absolutely loved them. I had some Christmas money and have had my eye on one of their tote bags for a while now. I spotted one in their outlet store and immediately put it in my basket but for some reason it would not go in!! I reached out to their customer service team to help and they responded immediately and sorted me out quickly and easily. £145 Order not received!!! No help from customer service
I have ordered from LRM before a few years ago a circle bag for my friend as a gift and it was fab! In December 5th I ordered two circle bags £145one for me and a gift for my sisters birthday to be delivered to her to her address in her name and correspondence to her email as I was moving house thought be best option. We have never received our order and I’m shocked at poor customer service. We have emailed got one response to say looking into but nothing since,and still no bags. I understand that delivering to Ireland May be slower but the lack of communication is terrible and not sure if we will receive.

Customer service and wrong strap
I ordered a bag, paid for 3 days delivery, it never came, after numerous phone calls and emails and the promise of it being posted I eventually received the bag about 4 weeks later but not with the right strap, I have now emailed 5 times with no response to any of these emails, customer service is terrible!

Would never do business with again
These guys came recommended, I was in a position where I needed some money to keep me going so I was looking for a place that would get me a loan against the ERC. These people told them they could do that no problem. Several times we communicated, and I had to sign, before signing I would go over my intensions of needing the loan. I was continuously asking about the loan and told me they would get that going right after the filing. When it came down to it, they told me my return was too low for a loan. I could have gone elsewhere for the return. With no money, I had to close.

Non-Responsive
Stentam reached out to me to file ERC for 6 quarters. I told them I already filed for 4; they asked could they file for the remaining 2. I told them yes and then worked with a rep to get paperwork in and filed. Since this has happened she has gone. I received an invoice signifying that they had indeed filed for 6 quarters and not the 2 we worked on and they invoiced me for 20% of that total. I have tried to contact them about this error and NO ONE has emailed, called me back or responded to my emails or concerns. This invoice is still pending and I plan on calling the IRS bc I do not want to owe them any money.

Had a cold call claiming my company…
Had a cold call claiming my company qualifies for ERC due to Limited Commerce. I played along and said well my revenue actually increased - not a problem, well I probably incurred $10k in costs - not a problem, we can get you qualified for around $250k, well 4 CPAs have already told me I don't qualify - not a problem, they are all not smart enough to read the Limited Commerce half of the act. I finally said "so basically if the government is giving money away, I must as well take it" to which the person responded, "yes, absolutely". Many businesses were dramatically harmed during COVID - mine fortunately was not one of them. The IRS needs to look into all these folks.

Had a 200 dollar kayak delivered smashed in the front.Company tried hiding it by putting the damaged end in the plastic sleeve. Totally worthless. This company absolutely sucks. 2nd time getting my stuff delivered torn up. Never again Dicks Sports .I'll never go in your store again or utilize this shipping company.

Excellent company. Delivered garden furniture as specified. Staff were so polite and pleasant. I have notified the company direct to pass on my thanks to their line management and staff directly, as I feel this process often gets missed out . Staff credit to the company. I was well informed of the delivery and given a two hour time slot which in this day and age is unique with some other deliveries giving you a full day range. Items well packaged and handled with care.

I started working with Panther years ago, and then Panther was acquired by this company. The service was already poor before, but with AIT, the terrible service has been combined with an even worse attitude. Despite using their 2-man delivery service, my shipments—packed with 4cm impact-proof barriers on each side—frequently arrive damaged. When you try to start a claim, you’re forced to wait seven days for the invoice to arrive. Conveniently, claims must be opened within seven days, meaning they deliberately delay sending the invoice until the last possible moment—often at 16:30 on the final day—so you can't file a claim in time. If you want your business to fail, work with these cowboys. Otherwise, stay away and warn others to do the same.

Amazing customer service from Connor Richardson
Amazing customer service. I had a washing machine delivered but they couldn't take it up the stairs even though I had selected this option when placing the order so they refused to deliver. I spoke to Connor Richardson who immediately got down to the bottom of the issue which was that they couldn't go above 2.5 floors and mine was on the 4th. Since it had landings and only eight or so steps on each flight Connor said he could arrange for a special team to come and do it. He deserves full credit for being flexible and finding a solution. He saved a situation which could easily have dragged on, lead to endless frustration, anger and resentment and most likely would have ended in a return with high costs for everyone involved. In short he just made it happen. Thank you !!
