I worked for YRH for 8 months. It was a horrible experience. Unprofessional, incompetent and aggressive - they lack accountability from the top down. One of the clients they assigned me was lovely, the other was not. When things go wrong, that’s when you really see the failings in an organisation and YRH are no different. YRH arbitrarily withheld money from me for work that I’d done. They had no process to support this and I ended up having to take them to court. They then ‘decided’ 😂 to pay me - two months late. If you are a bookkeeper or accountant looking for extra cash, then I imagine (I hope!) there are more scrupulous agencies out there.

YRH Finance Team has left a trail of dismay and frustration in its wake at our organisation, and it is clear from the numerous negative reviews on here, that others have also had the same harrowing experiences. We find it imperative to share our ordeal with the hope of preventing others from falling victim to their ruthless and destructive practices. Our encounter with YRH Finance Team was marred by an array of distressing issues, including not just generally low quality services, such as a clear a lack of assistance and incompetence when finalising our end-of-year accounts, but also later down the line, a complete lack of empathy and understanding when disengaging them after some financial difficulties, culminating in legal attacks that have been devastating to our business despite there being clear alternative routes that could have worked for both parties. Almost all SMEs go through difficult periods during their lifetime, and when you do, you want to have partners that are supportive, helpful, and at the very least understanding. However, in our experiences with YRH Finance team, we had quite the opposite. Despite our efforts to engage in constructive dialogues, we were met with hostility, harsh threats, and even actions that clearly contradicts their supposed ethos around supporting SMEs causing irreparable and completely avoidable damage to our organisation. Overall, if you take anything from this review - take this - There are a huge number of financial institutions like YRH Finance that you could choose to partner with, and I am certain that 99% would not only be more competent, but more importantly, more supportive and more genuine partners. And when they do, you want to be working with people who are understanding, ethical, and have at least some level of care about the well-being of your organisation. After visiting Dr Marta, I believe she is a doctor to be feared!!!! I went to her for a Botox treatment after which after about 12 days my eyebrows and eyelids drooped so that I had difficulty opening my eyes especially in the evening. After a year at home when the lockdown finally ended I looked like I was crying every time I looked in the mirror, Dr Marta, instead of a few injections in my forehead (as previous doctors had done) did about 30, paralysing all the muscles in my upper face. I reported the case to the Portuguese Medical Association because I am running out of tears at what this lady did to my face.

Durante estes anos tem vindo a oferecer cada vez mais tratamentos que não existiam em Portugal e sei, por experiência própria, que usa os melhores produtos, daí os resultados serem tão duradouros e naturais.

Wij hebben vorig jaar met Pasen een hele nieuwe keuken gekocht bij Budgetplan. Deze is augustus geleverd en tot op de dag van vandaag hebben we spijt van deze aankoop en ondervinden wij problemen. Ik ben inmiddels de tel kwijt, maar ik denk dat ze inmiddels zo’n 8x zijn langs geweest en het volgende bezoek staat alweer gepland. De vaatwasser heeft het vanaf begin af aan niet goed gedaan. Soms gaat het een week goed en dan sluit de deur weer niet goed, waarna de vaatwasser na 1 minuut stopt. Bosch is langs geweest, maar kunnen het probleem niet vinden. De combi oven/magnetron en koffieapparaat zijn zo hoog geplaatst, waardoor ik op mijn tenen moet staan om een ovenschaal te pakken. Ik ben zelf 1.78m, maar heb mij daardoor al een paar keer verbrand. De koffiemachine werd door omstandigheden maanden later geleverd. Echter werd deze al wel een aantal weken via de site verkocht. Je zou denken dat klanten die erop wachten voorrang krijgen. Vele kastdeuren hebben een vervelende plakband na het weghalen van de folie. Aantal kastdeuren zijn al vervangen, maar het blijft zichtbaar. Daarnaast hebben wij anti-fingerprint proof deurtjes besteld, omdat we voor een zwarte keuken hebben gekozen, maar wat een ergenis met al die zichtbare vingers…. Je kunt meerdere keren per dag de deurtjes schoonmaken. Wel zijn we tevreden over het Dekton aanrechtblad, de grote koelkast en vriezer, wijnkoeler en de Quooker kraan. Al met al heeft de keuken bijna €40.000,- gekost, maar wat een teleurstelling. We hebben een fijn gesprek bij aankoop gekregen, maar niet de juiste informatie is verteld. Als ik dit van te voren had geweten had ik nooit voor deze keuken gekozen. Wat ons betreft mogen ze de hele keuken ophalen.

Al onze keukenapparatuur hier gekocht. Een specifieke wens was een vaatwasser met de tijdsindicatie op de grond. Meerdere keren gezegd dat dat echt een vereiste was. Toen de vaatwasser geleverd en geïnstalleerd was, bleek er dus geen tijdsindicatie op de grond te zijn. Toen we contact opnamen met budgetplan, was de verkoper ineens niet meer zo joviaal en had geen ‘actieve herinnering’ van onze gesprekken en wensen. Geen ander apparaat met de juiste en besproken specificatie, want de vaatwasser had al gedraaid, We hebben dus de verkeerde Siemens vaatwasser geleverd gekregen op advies van de verkoper. Een ander type Siemens heeft de indicatie wel. Maar vanuit budgetplan wordt simpel nee en nog eens nee gezegd. Zo jammer want voor en tijdens de koop was alles prima en gezellig maar helaas geen enkele vorm van service als het verkeerde apparaat aan je wordt verkocht.

Wij hebben echt heel veel ellende gehad, aankoop ging prima, maar toen stopte alle service. Keuken incompleet, tot drie keer toe verkeerde afzuigkap geleverd, dan weer spatrand vergeten. En de verkochte constructie bleek helemaal niet te monteren. Uiteindelijk hebben we juridische procedure moeten voeren. Wat een ellende. Nooit meer budgetkeukens voor ons...

Na mindere ervaringen bij andere keukenzaken kwamen we bij Budgetplan terecht. We hadden van tevoren een afspraak gemaakt en werden tijdens ons gesprek goed geholpen bij het uitzoeken van onze keuken. De verkoper nam de tijd voor ons en kwam vervolgens met een directe prijs. Geen ONZINKORTINGEN waarmee je die dag moet beslissen, maar gewoon een offerte waar we over na mochten denken. Na wat aanpassingen en bezuinigingen (wat we van tevoren wisten wat nodig was) hebben we onze keuken besteld. We kijken met veel plezier uit naar de levering!

Netjes en professioneel geholpen. Mario heeft erg met ons meegedacht en heeft er voor gezorgd dat wat wij voor ogen hadden betreft een goeie, functionele maar ook mooie keuken hebben gekregen.

Ik heb al eerder een keuken bij Budgetplan Keukens gekocht en wederom was het ontwerpgesprek tot en met de montage van de aangekochte keuken professioneel. Weer een prachtige keuken met een meer dan goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Het is een feestje om in deze keuken te koken!

We zijn heel blij met onze nieuwe keuken. Er waren enkele kleine dingen bij plaatsing niet helemaal goed gegaan, nazorg door Budgetplan was erg goed. Alles naar volle tevredenheid opgelost.

Na verloop van tijd kregen wij problemen met de kwaliteit van de fronten en na overleg met Budgetplan zijn deze kosteloos door hun vervangen. Keuken ziet er nu weer strak uit en dank aan Budgetplan voor de goede afhandeling.

Aankoop keuken heel fijn, vriendelijke verkoper. Levering, afspraak montage via montagebedrijf goed. Daarna ging er veel mis; Geen uitsparingen in de kastjes voor de spotjes, lijsten te kort, passtuk beschadigd, spoelbak beschadigd. Mis communicatie met verkoper over lengte van één zijde van de keuken, waardoor deze op 5 cm niet aansluit op een muur. Oplossing bedacht, kosten delen. Geen installatietekening ontvangen, de elektra deden we zelf, maar wel op die 5 cm extra lengte waardoor er nu een stopcontact niet helemaal goed zit. 16 juli is de keuken geplaatst, alle nieuwe kastjes, lijsten,passtuk,spoeldbak nieuw besteld. Ook de vensterbank op maat. Toen bleef het heel lang stil. Oktober zelf maar eens gaan bellen. Verwijzen naar elkaar . Budgetplan en montagebedrijf. Montagebedrijf wist van niks, had geen bon. Uiteindelijk afspraak gekregen voor november . Levering niet compleet, weer bellen, restant stond nog in magazijn, vergeten mee te nemen voor bezorging. Kastjes etc vervangen. De vesnterbank wat te kort.... 17 december was het dan helemaal gereed. 5 maanden later. Vanuit Budgetplan helemaal niets meer gehoord. Aftersales?? Er kan altijd iets mis gaan, maar hier is veel mis gegaan. Dat er vanuit Budgetplan helemaal niks te horen kwam , waar wij toch een flinke order hebben gedaan, hebben wij er een heel ontevreden gevoel aan over gehouden.

Amazing once again. I used companiions again to help me get from Hospital after a hip surgery to my hotel and they saved me again!!! Matenin was helpful, positive, smiling ( just what need after surgery) and couldn’t do enough. Went and did some errands for me to get me ready for 3-4 days laid up in Hotel. Hi, I purchased CBD Rest and Repair oils and CBD Topical oils starter pack on the 16th of April. Purchase total of 58.16 It is now the 04th of May and I have not received my items; despite sending several e-mails enquiring as to when I would receive my order. No response to date. Pleased to hear this bunch of sharks have left the pool. After getting the minelab repair contract, they must have done more aftersales damage to the brand than could be imagined. Now servicing is back with MSR normal service has been resumed. Good riddance to bad rubbish Now reported for fraudulent practices as website is still active and taking orders that will never be honoured.

Joan Allen closed last year but they have left their website running. Their companies house listing shows the appointment of voluntary liquidators. A whois search shows that they renewed their domain name in Nov 2023 despite announcing closing in September on Facebook. According the below reviews, they are still accepting orders through their website but not dispatching them. If you use their website, you will lose your money.

Ordered a pinpointer on 10th Oct, received order confirmation immediately. After this no delivery or communication, response to email or phone. Seems insolvent but website still active.... BEWARE...

My partner ordered an item on the 14/10/23 and paid £129. Order confirmation was received. On the 28/10/23, emailed the company asking if there's an update on delivery, no response received. Called the number given on the order confirmation, nobody answers, goes straight to answerphone. Message left, but no response received. Sent another email to sales, no response so far. Just checked Trust Pilot, and saw somebody posted a review on the 21/10/23, saying Joan Allen company gone bust? Their website is still operational, no indication of any problems.

Ordered a pin pointer which arrived and was faulty. Returned and credit put on my account. I have recently been advised that they are insolvent and have received no reply to attempted correspondence. Do not order anything from this company as you are almost certain to receive nothing. I fear a lot of people have lost substantial amounts of money. There facebook account confirms this.

Friendly staff and a online experience.

After ordering the wrong machine online the staff at Joan Allen worked tirelessly to get it all sorted and my order moved onto the right queue …. That’s right I did say queue ! I did wonder to what limit I had pushed their goodwill …… because I knew there would be more of it required ! As I had a rally booked for later in February and I realised things were going to be tight when it still hadn’t arrived after 2 weeks ! It’s simply unbelievable that the popularity of the hobby has gone through the roof, I suspect Mackenzie Crook and Toby Jones might have something to do with it …. That and the release of the latest versions of the Minelab Equinox series of detectors, that were being unloaded through one door and straight out the other, Minelab just couldn’t make em fast enough ! My wife would phone Joan Allen shop every lunch hour only to be told the same answer ‘ No, not yet ‘ it got that close that a member of the Joan Allen staff even offered to loan me his own personal machine if the Equinox 900 that I ordered didn’t come into the shop, above and beyond the required level of duty, I’m not sure I could have made the same offer had the situation been reversed ! After what seemed like a hundred phone calls ( 200 to the staff ) ! And 4 long weeks it was there ! the staff member exclaimed to my wife, it was already in the post on Thursday morning for a Friday delivery a quick familiarisation on the Friday evening for a Saturday departure to the dig, I’m willing to bet the staff at Joan Allen detecting were pleased as they could help other members of the public now !! In all seriousness the team at Joan Allen did a fantastic job in a difficult situation, and I can’t thank them enough.

Placed my first order with Joan Allen Metal Detectors today, and it was a delightfully refreshing experience - great engagement and customer service, behaviour which now seems to be woefully lacking in so much of our day-to-day dealings with commercial (and government!) entities. Muss hier leider Luft über einen Lieferanten ablassen, der soeben in der Saltenstrasse im 22. Bezirk bei der Strecke, wo es keinen Gehsteig gibt, durchgerast (30er Zone!) ist und ich mit meinem Hund grad noch auf die Seite springen konnte. Gehört vielleicht nochmal eingeschult?

Ich hab heute zum ersten Mal bestellt und was soll ich sagen ich bin mehr als nur zufrieden. Erstmals großartig das es so eine Möglichkeit überhaupt gibt. Dann alles völlig unkompliziert, tolle Auswahlmöglichkeiten, 5 Minuten davor eine Sms. Der Lieferant sehr höflich und zuvorkommend was in der heutigen Zeit selten geworden ist und die Qualität von Obst und Gemüse ist 1A. Also ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich sollte " fake " Käufe erledigen 38 stk pro Tag und so eine Provision erhalten von den Firmen wie ebay, wish, zalando etc da durch diese sogenannten " Käufe " ihre Bewertungen verbessert werden! Tja und oh wie sollte es anders sein sollte ich heute bereits in Vorkasse gehen um weiter arbeiten zu können ! Schade das ich keine Screenshots hier anhängen kann, denn davon habe ich einige gemacht! All lies!!! Yesterday I was contacted by an "AGENT" employee from Woopra because I was looking for a SERIOUS job! I wrote to this agent via WhatsApp and of course believed her words and started work straight away. I was supposed to make "fake" purchases, 38 per day, and receive a commission from companies like eBay, Wish, Zalando etc. because these so-called "purchases" improve their ratings! And oh, how could it be otherwise? I was supposed to pay in advance today so I could carry on working! It's a shame that I can't attach any screenshots here, because I took a few of them!

Not only is WOOPRA a truely clever CRM that you an link with many APIs, Mailchimp, webhooks, Slack, Stripe, there's a zillion of these. But also, these guys do have one of the best customer relations ever. They're a very intelligent piece of CRM including clever automations and they love their customers. What else ? The Free version suits many needs for startups to go from 0 to 100, BUT BE CAREFUL because you might very well get hooked to them :)

Når du lægger et lille kode ind på dine hjemmesider, kan du helt ned til mindste detalje følge med i hvem der er på din side, hvad de laver og hold nu fast - ved at lægge det op imod google earth, kan de med 1 klik se hvor de befinder sig/bor ! Jeg bruger det til at finde ud af hvad de laver på mine sider og om de bruger tid nok på de enkelte sider. De statistikker jeg kan trække er fantastiske at arbejde med. Programmet kan klart anbefales !

Let me start by saying that this is the best hair that I have EVER purchased! I ordered this unit for an event and needed it in less than a week. (At the Last Second, Literally) I communicated with the company and they replied very quickly. They had the unit expedited to me and I received it earlier than they had anticipated. The packaging was beautiful! The hair had a very pleasant, clean scent. The color was perfectly executed just as it was described on their website. The hair was full, yet a natural, everyday density. It was true to length and absolutely gorgeous. The hairline came pre-plucked and pre-bleached which was a huge plus for me. The lace blended very well and there was no shedding! I'm so happy with this purchase, I am a customer for life! There's no need to look any further! Trust me!

I have been purchasing Royalme Units for over 5 years now. And believe it or not I still have my first unit and it is still in perfect condition. I must admit I had one disappointing order. I thought I was ordering a unit in a pony tail but can you imagine, it was just a pony tail. I was so very disappointed, and it was to complicated to return, so I did the next best thing and attached it to another one of my girls. I did inform Royalme that this is/was clearly false advertising and they should not have published the unit as a pony tail unit, just a pony tail This last unit, (which is my 5th or 6th lady,) about a month ago, I considered ordering it in a longer length, but after wearing it and receiving so many compliments, I thought this isn't bad at all. Very little maintenance is needed. As a mater of fact shake and go. I'm happy again I will continue getting my girls from RoyalMe hoping to continue to be happy

Beställde och betalade en cykel med 1-3 dagars leveranstid. Efter en vecka hade jag inte hört något. Skrev och frågade och fick besked att det var en beställningsvara som tas från leverantörens lager. Beskedet var att ”cykeln dock ankommit nu och kommer plockas inom kort”. Det gick en vecka till utan att jag hörde något. Jag skrev igen och frågade vad som hände. Fick då besked att det inte fanns någon cykel pga fel lagersaldo och att denna därför inte kunde levereras.

Snabb och smidig leverans. Fast jag saknade en order i paketet skickade dem en ny vara till mig direkt!

Köpte en cykellampa för ca 1200kr vars fäste gick sönder efter några dagar. Fick ett nytt fäste, det gick sönder samma dag. Jag kontaktade Cykloteket och påpekade att det var väldigt dålig och skickade in foton på det trasiga fästet men Cykloteket vill inte ta tillbaka produkten eller ge pengarna tillbaka.

Ich habe Multiple Sklerose. Deswegen liege ich auch tagsüber sehr viel. Die Matratze ist für mich ein Traum. Meine Muskeln entspannen sich sofort und schmerzen nicht mehr so!

Ich habe im Dezember ein Boxspringbett bei ihnen gekauft und es sollte in 11 Tagen geliefert werden. Dann haben sie den Termin auf Januar und dann wieder auf Februar verschoben. Als der Februar kam, schickten sie eine E-Mail, in der sie mitteilten, dass es einen Streik gebe und sie nicht wüssten, wann genau sie liefern würden. Anfang der Woche boten sie dann an, die Lieferung am 12. Februar vorzunehmen. Wir nahmen das Angebot an, weil wir besorgt waren und das Warten satt hatten. Zwei Männer kamen, äußerst unwillig, und fragten zunächst, ob sie die Kisten in der Garage abstellen könnten. Ich sagte, dass sie die Kisten wenigstens in der Eingang des Hauses abstellen könnten, was sie auch taten, immer mit viel Unwillen und einem Mangel an Höflichkeit. Das Zimmer befand sich im zweiten Stock, und in der Zustellbeschreibung hieß es, sie würden bis zum Zimmer liefern. Aber der Mangel an Höflichkeit veranlasste mich dazu, zu akzeptieren, dass sie sie in der Lobby abstellen würden, weil ich wollte, dass die Unannehmlichkeiten mit diesen Leuten schnell ein Ende haben. Wenn ich darauf bestanden hätte, dass sie es auf das Zimmer liefern, weiß ich nicht, wie sie reagieren würden. Schlechte Erfahrung, vermeiden Sie es, in diesem Laden zu kaufen.

Die Beratung, Geduld und Kompetenz des Herrn Bohnaus waren großartig. Er hat mir die für mich richtige Matratze empfohlen. Meine Rückenschmerzen waren bereits nach wenigen Tagen besser. Ihr Haus in München werde ich gerne weiterempfehlen!

Ich habe schon vielmals bei Janzen Bücher bestellt, und alles hat immer gut geklappt. Manchmal dauert es aber ziemlich lang, bis ich meine Bestellung bekomme. Ich kann Knigi Janzen nur empfehlen.

Ужасный опыт. Заказали учебник 2го сентября, после нескольких попыток узнать, где книги, ответили 8 октября, что учебник не пришел к ним и его не отправят. Больше месяца прошло! Никогда больше не закажу у них, надеюсь, что деньги вернутся быстро. Я бы давно уже в других магазинах заказала!

Заявленные на сайте скидки в размере 45% - это обман, в других магазинах без 45% скидки цена дешевле. Сделал заказ на книжки, которые не нашел в других магазинах и сразу оплатил. Сказали что доставка 17 рабочих дней. Прошло 18 рабочих дней, даже не получил информации, что заказ отправлен. Написал на почту вопрос, что с моим заказом? Получил ответ, что отправят завтра. Т.е. через 19 рабочих дней заказ только отправили. Через несколько дней получил посылку, открываю... а в ней не хватает одной книги. Пытаюсь дозвонится по номеру указанному на сайте, никто не берет трубку. Звоню на ватцап - тишина, пишу туда же - нет ответа. Отписал на почту еще. Через 2 дня ответили на почту и через 5 дней ответили на ватцап, что они не получили эту книгу. На вопрос, почему не согласовали этот вопрос со мной, ответить не смогли. Мне не нужен заказ в неполном обьеме, так как мне придется делать теперь заказ в другом месте и оплачивать снова доставку. Мне предложили вернуть 15 центов за доставку (это типа стоимость доставки в расчете на 1 книжку :). Я им предложил, что лучше я оплачу 15 центов и пусть мне вышлют заказанную мной книгу - почему то не согласились. Деньги возвращали после моего запроса и не сразу. Вывод: не рекомендую данный магазин для покупок. Торгуют товаром, которого нет, отправляют что хотят, а не то что в заказе. Трубку не берут, на почту и в ватцапе отвечают с 3-5 дневной задержкой. Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Наверно это худший онлайн магазин в Германии!

Super große Auswahl, preislich völlig gut. Jeder der dort bestellt muss allerdings mit längeren Lieferzeiten rechnen ca. 4-6 Wochen, da die Ware zuerst direkt aus Russland bestellt wird. Je nachdem wie schnell diese in Deutschland ankommt, muss sie noch für den einzelnen Käufer überprüft, gepackt und verschickt werden. Ich finde besonders toll das man die Möglichkeit hat bei whats app zu schreiben und nach zu fragen. Man bekommt nach ca. 1 Tag eine direkte Antwort. Der Verkäufer war stets nett, ich muss aber auch dazu sagen das ich niemand bin der ungeduldig oder frech schreibt und auch niemand der täglich nachfragt. Ich hab 6 Wochen auf meine Bestellung gewartet und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Ware.

Ich habe schöne Momente mit Bücher von Janzen. Ich natürlich lese auf deutsch und griechisch, aber mich gefelt auf Russisch lesen, weil mit diesem Sprache mit uns sprechen auf Geburt. Daß ist kommunizion Schprache mit Länder auf früher Sovet Union.

Sehr enttäuschend für seeeeehr lange Wartezeiten für 1 Buch, sind über 3 Wochen vergangen und noch nichts über Versand oder sonstiges. Werde nichts mehr hier bestellen.

I currently own the Mercury climbing jeans and the Reach jumper. Both items are of high quality and you can tell have been designed by climbers, for climbers with the attention to detail. The fact that they are a sustainably focused company and based in the UK is just a win-win and are leading by example in an industry that needs really needs to do better. The shopping experience was painless and I’ve been bake to return and exchange items when I was trying to find the right fit.

Postage and returns are far too expensive considering the exorbitant price of the products.

I had two pairs of jeans/trousers from 3rd Rock which were great quality and I loved. I bought a third pair of jeans, which would have been good but the zipper didn't lie flat and fell down. (The zipper itself was longer than the fly fabric and bulged out). I returned the product for repair or replacement, but they said it wasn't faulty and wouldn't replace or repair it. I'm disappointed. I had previously been very enthusiastic about their clothing, but I won't buy from them again if their products are inconsistent.

This was the second time for me buying with this brand. I love their policies, their products and what they generally offer. But unfortunately this is the second time I order an item and then receive and email saying the the item I selected is not available. They promptly offered me a refund or another choice (which is great, but I ended up again with something that was not exactly what I wanted). Then, maybe it is my fault, but I don't recall reading something on extra fees for shipping to Italy. I ended up paying 80€ of custom costs. In addition I had to write several times to check my shipping cause it took more then one month to arrive (this also may not be the company's fault but it did affect the experience of buying with them).I usually buy abroad, so I know that there could be extra costs, but here I haven't notice any warning which I usually find in other websites, so maybe it could be good to add something on the website about it (in case I've missed it , my bad). The quality is great , the sizes just a tiny bit bigger that our Italian ones, but there are the measurements in case you want to double check.
